Novotel Cambridge North

Very big spacious, lovely layout, staff were amazing, lovely pool, nice restaurant

Noise if you’re facing the train station.

A warm welcome. Excellent room, decor, soundproofing, clean, comfortable, good temperature. Good linen. Could not fault the room. Breakfast, great selection and great care taken when I informed them I have a nut allergy.

I was disappointed that to use the pool you have to go and in my case wait at reception to be given pass card, to then not be given a towel... I'd assumed there would therefore be some at the pool, but not the case, so had to go back to desk. The pool is small in terms of volume of guests that would want to use it. I chose to exit when a large family entered, just made it busy and loud, which as this was the main draw for booking, it let it down for me. I was also disappointed by the parking fee too.

Great location to access public transport.

Nothing comes to mind

Lovely spacious rooms, decor, pool, train super easy to get to central Cambridge

Dirty toilet, toiletries (soap /conditioner) were not filled up so couldn’t condition hair
