The room was smaller than expected but still good value fot money

Very good location and easy check in and check out.

A bit too small to fit 4 people and the “big room” was moldy-smelly because the AC wasn’t properly working. Moreover, we saw a cockroach in our room which we could kill luckily.

Location is excellent, clean and tidy

Location is great, I’ve stayed at 3 different apartments in the area. The subway is just nearby, and it’s not far from Shinjuku station. It’s value for money if there are two people as each person gets his/her own room and bathroom. It’s not recommended for more than 3 adults.

There are no utensils even though there’s a microwave. It makes it impossible to takeaway and eat-in. This is the first time I’ve seen this. The 2 other apartments I stayed nearby had all the basic utensils. Be warned!! Check out is 10am, and by far the earliest ever I’ve seen. There is little flexibility to stay beyond 10am. They made me pay 3000 yen for each hour beyond check out time. I’m promised a receipt from booking.com but still have not received it yet.
