The location was brilliant, so close to train, bus, shopping and easy to drive anywhere. Despite these, it was also quiet. We didn't need to use it, but the community lounge/kitchen was great. Loved it.
not the property's fault, but we had to evacuate at 4.00 am one morning. I suppose the alarm isn't a bad thing, because there is no way you could sleep through it in a real emergency.

Location excellent, 5 mins from shops, restaurants, train station. Fully fitted out with everything you need. Welcome book with info of the apartment and the attractions.
Lounge and bed were to low but the bed was comfortable

location , location and quiet for a city apartment . General facilities for apartment block really good . Kitchen area and laundry well set up.
Balcony was spacious for a small apartment .
The bed was not so comfortable and the sofa hard to get out of . Apartment was studio size not dedicated one bedroom . Carpark tight for medium to large car .

We loved the location of the apartment, once we found its location. We had everything we needed in the studio apartment and the balcony to eat outside. It was a lovely quiet area of Subiaco, perfectly tucked away with underground parking. I was an ideal walking distance to food and coffee shops, and a short walk to the train station into Perth city. It felt very safe where we stayed and by night the town offers some fab restaurants. We found a lovely Thai restaurant called 5 Senses.
We would highly recommend this apartment.
The bed could do with an update, as the mattress felt slumped in the middle. New pillows and cotton linen would be a nice touch. Also a better description where the apartment is located as the address and building confused us. It took a while to find.

Location was perfect for our needs, close to hospital, train, shopping, cafes.
Well equipped apartment for the time we were there.
The only thing I could fault was the bed, comfortable enough, but felt an ensemble would suit the apartment better rather than the wooden framed bed.
Not sure I would call it luxury accommodation, certainly comfortable would describe it honestly.

I arrived late at night & had issues getting in but the owner was very helpful.

The unit had everything we needed and was walking distance to all appointments and public transport.
The half buckets at the end of the bed??
The bed head was also very squeaky, every time you moved it made a noise. I

Sofa is not in great shape... And one of the throw blankets smelt like B.O (guessing they don't get washed)
