Getting keys was a challenge. Thankfully a neighbor helped us communicate with owner and let us into the facilities to gather our keys. It was simply not EZ to accomplish. Directions were difficult to understand. The building is very dated, exterior facia is falling off upper floor railings and fencing was placed to keep distance from the potential of falling debris To be fair, the core building infrastructure seems very sound, the quality inside the apartment was good, and clean, but little things like shampoo were not ez to access or find. The beach across the street was a plus, EZ access to miles of clean beach.
