Great place to stay. Perfectly located (5 mins walk to the main street but far enough from the noise), spotlessly clean rooms, very welcoming and attentive staff. It is a 3-star hotel, but the rooms are better and more comfortable than in a lot of 4-star hotels you would find in Vietnam. The manager helped us to organize a lot of activities even beyond Cat Ba. Incredibly efficient, fair, attentive and organized person.
Absolutely nothing.

The staff all family members were so kind, helpful and cheerful. Cleaning is perfect, almost like first checking in every way we stayed there.
No air conditioning along the corridors and inside the lifts, can breather hot although bearable .

Clean and great staff
The water pressure was not very good in the shower when put to warm.

I liked the cozy family owned hotel with extremely nice room interior. The room is clean with appropriate amenities. It was honestly nicer than some of the more expensive hotels in Hanoi. The manager was lovely and he was readily providing recommendations, and easy to communicate with.
The fridge is a bit unclean and there was one stain in the sheets.
