Location was great and nice and clean, lovely staff
Quite expensive for a very small place. Hard to shower without flooding the bathroom and no place to store things but kind of expected for tokyo

The location. It’s a perfect hotel to stay, for those who want to enjoy the night life in Shinjuku Nichome.
The tiny bedroom and bathroom. Not suitable for travelers with many baggages. There is only one elevator which can accommodate a few people.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. I would stay there again.
The only drawback of this hotel -- and it is a "small" one -- is that the rooms, including the bathroom, are quite tight. It was OK, I didn't mind, and Japanese rooms are a bit smaller. And it was Tokyo, very crowded, so you might expect that. Bathroom may not work well for someone with a large BMI

Great location, close to the train/subway. Also lots of restaurants around, 7-eleven around the corner and just a few minutes walk to the shopping streets in Shinjuku.
It was more noisy than I expected. The noise and music from the bars were very loud which made it impossible to sleep. Also the bed is very very hard.
