What a great find. One of the BEST Homes we have stayed in. Great location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Home was very clean and well stocked. Host was frequently in contact to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Will definantly keep this home on our list of places to stay at again if we are in the area.

Property was great. Check in was very easy and the location for Erie is great. ( my home town, trust me) ! Very clean. Great beds in all rooms. Would definitely stay again when I’m town !

So nice! Comfortable, amenities were appropriate and very clean. The beds were perfect with nice linens and the towels were fluffy. Very close to a lot of Erie attractions. Easy check in and easy check out.

The house was styled nicely and had a lot of old charm. We did appreciate the parking in the back instead of the front. It felt more private. The beds were insanely comfortable. We put our son in the double bed with portable rails and that worked just fine. The sound machines were great, although we brought our own. It was also nice to not need to supply paper products, trash bags, or shower items. You could just bring your stuff and that was nice. The exta fleece blankets on the bed was nice too. Only downfalls are that it isn't super quiet. You can here the street and trains a lot, but our son is a sound sleeper so it was okay. The stairs are also super loud though. They did wake our son, but no deal breaker. It comes with the old house charm I suppose. It was close to everything in Erie too. One suggestion: black out curtains or roller blinds in the bed rooms.

Very clean and comfortable little house. Centrally located to convention center and some excellent restaurants. Host was very nice and quick to communicate with any questions .

The house was very nice with great decor and the property manager was very helpful throughout the whole stay.

This Busy Mom needed a break, so I found this adorable place to call my own for five days. The house was clean, well-decorated and had everything I needed. Plenty of bedrooms and close to everything. Would stay here again.

Very clean. Owner checked in to make sure everything was good. It was a very short visit. Only negative is parking in the back of the house. Tough maneuvering.

Squeaky clean and central to long weekend in hometown Erie. FThe house was cavernous and family of 4 had plenty of room to stretch out and stay out of eachother's way. Full kitchen was a bonus. Comfy King sized beds (yes, plural) in a bright and thoughtful space. We'll be back!

We put together a family 'meet' in Erie for the first time since the beginning of covid and our accommodations could not have been better. First impression: the photos do a good job. If anything the rooms are, well, roomier than they appear. What you have to see to believe is the gleaming hardwood floors were spotless. I mean not a speck of dust. We remove our shoes indoors and our socks stayed white! That single fact says so much about the attention to detail on the part of the hosts. Another nice touch is all the dishes, silverware, and utensils are obviously new and complete. Not something we have found in million-dollar homes. From the memory foam mattresses and wonderful sheet sets, to full towel sets (including dark 'makeup' washcloths!), you can not help noticing the hosts accommodate guests as they would hope to be themselves. There are two 55 inch TVs with streaming access - one in the living room and one in a bedroom. The Internet wifi is very good throughout the house. The dining room really does seat eight and is comfortably large. There is a very large custom-made poster in the dining room printed with a great selection of "favorite" places! Worth mentioning the property description does not exaggerate. It is a great option within a couple of miles of Presque Isle and the Bayfront. Finally - the air conditioning was running for us upon arrival! Nice!

Wonderful beds, nice kitchen for cooking, everything was so clean! And a cute supply of games we all enjoyed playing. The house is in the perfect location to everything. Plenty of room, immaculate, beautiful decor and a bunch of well thought hidden amenities. Owners are fabulous and always available when needed. If this place was on the beach I would have never left..

They provided a sound machine in the one bedroom to help with the noise, but it is still rather loud since a window is open because they use window AC units (older home, no central air). We really had no complaints about our stay, until the owner accused me of stealing pillows and also refused to mail back my son’s most favorite toys that we forgot upon checking out. She originally said she found them and would return them once the next renters were out, but when I asked her again about returning them a week later, she said ‘I’ll let you know if we find them…’ I think once she labeled me as thief :( she was no longer going to be pleasant or try to provide good customer service. It’s unfortunate that that was how our stay there ended.
