how clean it was and how easy to book and instructions to be able to enter the building after check in had closed.

we arrived and we had booked a room with a double bed and single bed as my husband had just come out of hospital with a broken shoulder and ribs and he would need his own bed and when we arrived our room had been changed from a 3 bed in room 207 to a double in room 308, but we managed and after looking at the prices the room we had should have been cheaper but we were just thankful that we had somewhere that my husband could recover before we flew home.

Close to the square of nice French town overlooking Lake Leman. Good, friendly, quiet hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped.

The room was small for four people, and the bathroom was tiny.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. And the room was clean and complete with amenities.

I was hoping there was coffee and tea condiments as compliments. But there was none.

The reception host is very nice & super friendly.

We booked 2 rooms - only 1 room is equipped with air-conditioning unit. The temperature of the area is very warm the time.

no AC but just a little fan in the studio. very dirty and dusty. smell in the toilet. we spent only 1 night but I wouldn’t go back.

Easy to find location with motorcycle parking right outside the door. Friendly and helpful receptionist willing to deal with very minimalist French on the part of her guests. Quite elevator to our air conditioned room that was large and clean. Location just a few blocks from the "official" start of the "Route of the Grande Alps, not to mention my favorite restaurant in Thannon - L'Ollivier. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom large with tile floor. Squeegee included as the shower "stall" was a pretty open area. Peaceful. Nice breakfast. Receptionist also pinch hit at the laundromat next door, helping us figure out how to get it done.

Would have like to stay longer! Code for the door during after hours, but the door had an annoying buzz while locked. The setup for the wifi was a bit odd - you had to text a code to a certain number and then get back a code to complete the process.

good location in a very pictureque town on the lake of Geneva well worth the visit.

Due to having phone problems and not receiving emails and specific times to phone for access to door code and room number, access to the hotel was delayed

The hotel was clean and well kept. The check in process was simple and straightforward. The room had a small kitchenette which was helpful so I could prepare some food for my kids. The room itself was a bit small however I am traveling with a family of 4. The location was great as it was within walking distance of restaurants and cafe's.

The parking here is separate from the hotel but was still close by and easy to get to. the cost was not that much anyway so its not that big of deal.

It was not clean, at arrival there was only one small face/hands towel for the whole family and it was dirty, was changed after the 2-nd night

The location was excellent. Parking was accessible and the bedroom and bathroom fine.

The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and I am allergic. It needed a serous cleaning and the bedding was foul. The woman at the desk explained that the man who had previously been in that room stayed there and did nothing but smoke all day. So why were we given that room? In our next room, it was clear that the bedspreads needed cleaning (they smelled) and the outside window balcony was not wiped down. Dishes were not really cleaned and the light over the stove didn't work (room 301). We chose a studio so that we cold prepare our own meals, but there was no knife to cut vegetables. The only steak knife was not up to the job. In fairness, they provide a good service, but it should be complete and the actual requests of the visitors understood and met with a smile. NO ONE should have to experience a smelly room. Sadly we were late due to traffic, but had staff not been there we would have been stuck with that room, when it was clear that there were others available. Improve the service and meet the expectations of guests pleasel !
