Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo in a perfect location! The multiple restaurants within walking distance were great! We were also surrounded by lots of nice small retail businesses! Five minutes from Cannery Row (by car) and so many shops and restaurants was a real plus! Our only problems were getting responses from the management company on a couple of items, but, I realize they've been overwhelmed with calls with all the people now traveling. Some inquiries were never answered. I would also suggest that the master bedroom window coverings be replaced with blackout blinds or have sleep masks available! This condo is located right above a street light so it is never dark in the master bedroom! There also should be a choice of pillows! The pillows were so hard and full in the Master that we had to use several smaller pillows from the guest bedroom. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely return to Pacific Grove - quiet and a true hometown atmosphere surrounded by so many amenities and activities! People were very friendly and helpful!
