Overall we loved the house and it would have been fantastic but unfortunately over the four days, we were only able to use the full amenities Friday evening due to a long power outage and subsequent WiFi outages.
Would definitely recommend it for anyone heading to Colorado but have a plan in place for situations like this where you’re not able to easily use the Vrbo app to contact the host. They were very responsive but unfortunately we had to text the management company due to service issues. They were not very helpful. The company was very reactive and only gave updates when we reached out even though they said they would keep us informed. Also, they were apologetic but didn’t offer any solutions for issues we ran into.

This home is absolutely incredible and filled with luxurious touches that made our stay in Breckenridge absolutely wonderful and lovely. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the base of the gondola with lovely views of the mountains in the distance. The master suite is spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower and walk-in closet. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on the lower level that were perfect for our kiddos. The kitchen is open concept and looks onto the family room with plenty of space to relax after a day of skiing. We loved our time and thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home!

My family and I absolutely loved this house. The layout is fantastic and it was one of your favorite homes we've ever stayed in. It's very close to town, the roads were well maintained, and it has great views. Have already recommended it to several of our friends. My wife is a neat/clean freak and this place was immaculate. Highly recommend!

We loved the cabin and the location. The cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. It is only a few miles outside of Breckenridge. If you visit during the winter months make sure you have a 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway.

Beautiful 3 bedroom home with great amenities.
The heated floors were great inside while it was chilly outside.
Kitchen was amazing to cook, beds were comfy and pillows were plentiful.
Check in process was a bit of a hassle as the passcode for the front door keys was said to be the last 4 of my contact# and arriving at 8pm in the dark and having the passcode not working was a bit aggravating. Thankfully the garage code worked and we were able to gain entry via the garage.
Did get in touch with PMI Breck the following day for the correct code to obtain the keys to front door and they were apologetic regarding the issue.
Home is a short 10min drive to Main Street in Breck which was beautiful.
On checkout which was 10am as we were loading our vehicle about 9:30 a cleaning crew showed up and parked right in the driveway behind our vehicle that was in the garage… as we were asked to park inside.
This was also a bit aggravating as we had not even checked out yet and then had to maneuver around their vehicle as they did not offer to move etc.
Overall a beautiful trip and great experience. Would stay at this property again with 0 hesitation and just hope the cleaning team would wait until after checkout to show up.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We got to see the fall colors and then the beautiful snow too! Our kids were so excited to play in the snow. We're from the South where we don't get much winter weather. The house was warm and had everything we needed to cook, play and relax together with our family. We look forward to the next time we're able to visit!

This was our second time staying at the property and it did not disappoint! The location is optimal to kid friendly hiking and downtown Breck. The property itself is amazing with all the amenities. You are in the mountains which provides breathtaking views, star gazing at night and we even experienced a male moose one morning 3 feet from the deck. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home. We had a vacation of a lifetime with our two boys!

This place is beautiful!! The home is very clean, decorated well, and the amenities are convenient and modern. The views are incredible!! With an entire wall of windows in the bedroom, we woke up to snow-capped mountains every morning. From anywhere in the house you can just sit and enjoy the views. We are already planning our next trip here!

This was the perfect home for our family of 5 to spend a week in the mountains. The home is beautiful and very well maintained, with incredible views of the mountains from the many windows. The home served as the perfect home base for our week of relaxation and adventure. We hiked, played golf and went whitewater rafting, all within one hour of the house.
We chose to cook many meals in the very well appointed kitchen. It was stocked with every pot/pan/appliance needed to prepare any meal. There is even a well stocked spice rack built into the cabinets that was appreciated. If you want to go out for meals (which we did too), there were many great options a short 10 minute drive from the house into Breckenridge.
We cannot wait to return to the Breckenridge area to stay at this home again. Thank you for everything!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at the house. Everything was even more beautiful in person! The location is extremely convenient to Breckenridge, and the views were incredible. We skied every day and loved the heated garage for storage. Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay again!

One member of our group was seeing snow for the first time and checking off a bucket list item at 58years old. We wanted the ideal home in the snow with a big fireplace and views. This was it! So comfortable and gave us access to the slopes but ability to retreat to a winter wonderland of our very own.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Blue River! We loved the house and all of the amenities. The views were beautiful and serene. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and hot tub while it was snowing. You definitely need AWD during the snowy months for getting up the driveway. We liked that the neighborhood was out of town and not in the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Breck quickly.

Our family enjoyed the stay very much, the house accommodated our family of 10 very easily with plenty of room. The kitchen, living and dining areas were nice and very adequate. Bedrooms were good, and the 2 and one half baths worked well with on one having to wait or compete for them. The hot tub was nice feature that most everyoe took advantage of. We would stay again in the future if in the Breckenridge area.

This mountain home made our Christmas unforgettable. It was so warm and cozy and absolutely stunning. The most beautiful home we have ever stayed in for vacation. It is perfectly secluded yet so close to Breckenridge. My favorite was the hot tub!

Lot of good options, not enough detailed instructions. Tv in main top floor had two remotes, one a Logitech which should have done everything but did nothing, so we saw nothing. Operating the appliances ditto- some ok, some a mystery. No one mentioned that you sign in on an e- tablet in the kitchen- how hard would that have been? The few sheets on operating were separated- why not in one consolidated book? Renters don’t like having to figuring everything out on their vacations! Owners need to look at things through the eyes of the renters.

Overall really good, great location, nice house, however we did have an issue with fridge that was not working/cooling when we checked in. Also, garage door code not working at all so we were not able to leave the house as they did not provide the door key option initially. We had to wait for hours for maintenance person to arrive and confirm that there was something wrong with garage door code impossible to fix and he finally gave us front door keys so we did not have to be stuck in the house. Anyway, it may be just our experience, but still worth to share if this becomes ongoing.

This home was more than we could have asked for. I don’t think we have ever been more sad leaving a VRBO property. From our mornings in the hot tub, to evenings by the fire outside, everything g was perfect. Coming from Florida I was nervous about not having A/C and I never noticed a thing! Communication with the home owner and property management company was wonderful, answered all of our questions during the booking process and after. The location is a very quick ride into town and we enjoyed all of the hiking that was very close to the house. The location is beautiful and the views spectacular. They have truly thought of everything and we would not hesitate to come back to this beautiful mountain home.

Beautiful property. Very clean!! Graciously left trash bags, laundry soap, and dish soap for our use. We really appreciate when those types of things are left for guests to use!!!! Would definitely stay here again.
