Oceanfront views were really nice!!

This property was perfect for a family getaway! The owner was super nice and responded to my questions quickly! Will definitely book this condo again!

Inside was nice. Patio lights didnt work, had no shampoo but plenty of conditioner. Last renter didnt do what was asked of owners so cleaners need to better job.

We were a family of six, including 4 children, 2, 3, 6, and a 15 year old who wanted a beach birthday. This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, well-maintained, loaded with just about everything you could want or need, and the view through the patio doors or off the balcony are breathtaking. Of all the rentals I've visited this is by far the best and has the absolute greatest host I've ever encountered. He was very responsive and super accommodating. So very nice. Plus, he's made every effort to create a rental you can feel at home in. A few of the extras he provides: plenty of extra bedding, towels, a pack N play which we used in a closet the size of a room, a comfy foam foldup bed, charger plugs throughout the condo, plenty of kitchen ware, pots, pans, utensils, crockpot, coffee pot, blender, and more. Beach bags, beach hats, chairs, umbrellas, toys. Four chairs on the spacious balcony with ottomans and a tall table to enjoy your coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. The beach is private and never crowded at all. The condo building is older-1970s-but very quiet and well-cared for with some appropriate updates to keep it nice but also comfy with small kids. The place has character that I loved. There are TVs, board games, puzzles, and I could go on and on. And there is a nice pool downstairs, again never crowded. The pool and beach are gated. If you go, be sure to look for shark's teeth on the beach among the shells and visit downtown Fernandina.

We echo all the positive comments regarding this listing. Yes, the building is dated BUT---the accomodations are extremely comfortable and the unobstructed view of a beautiful, uncrowded beach is unparalleled! We've stayed in high end properties, and yet, will book this property over and over again . It was a wonderful stay filled with charm, great restaurants, golf, and the perfect accomodations for an incredibly serene experience. My family of four really enjoyed this great condo. It was nicely decorated and the view of the beautiful beach was amazing. It was also by far the best stocked unit we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed to cook, plenty of games to play, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. The beds were comfortable. We had such a great time. Thanks!

Although the property is dated, the pool and beach access is great. Condo is comfortable and the host accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! The pool was great and shaded in the afternoons. A short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Parking is an open lot and not garage style like most so with a large vehicle that was a plus! Beautiful views from the balcony. We have a 1 year old and 7 year old and they both loved our stay! The kitchen is also well stocked for cooking meals. We would 100% stay here again!

We loved our time at Amelia Island. The condo had every little thing we needed, was clean and to date is the only condo I’d go back to.

My husband and I visited with our 4 year old and 10 month old. The condo was exactly as advertised and just perfect for our needs! We brought a pack n play for the baby, but there’s one in the condo too! We used it as a living room space to put her, which was great. Also FYI for those needing a pack n play, the master closet can fit one so baby has their own space - priceless! The pool and beach were so convenient, and we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. The Surf restaurant right down the street was also super tasty for a casual dinner. Highly recommend this condo for a fun family beach vacation!

It was awesome however we left our pillow in the double bed room is there a way we can get it back?

Clean, comfortable, lovely condo situated in a perfect location on a quiet beach in a quiet community. The lighting in the master bedroom was a challenge, other than that, all was good.

I picked a really good one! Just what we needed in terms of space. Was extremely clean and welcoming. Most everything we needed was provided by the host! We hit the beach each day but also played mini golf, went bowling, and did an escape room. Only thing would be if there were tennis courts on this property or a sand volleyball net as not a lot for active teens right on the property.

Had a wonderful time at this location. So close to the beach and you can not beat the view. Loved it.

Condo was amazing, comfortable and perfect for a girls weekend away. Very relaxing, with plenty of room and beautiful views. Convenient to all parts of the island and close enough to Jacksonville without the hustle of a big city. Condo was well set with amenities, storage, etc to make you feel right at home

My sister and I pick a place to visit with just us two every couple of years. This year we chose Amelia Island as we had never been there. We LOVED it! The condo we stayed in was perfect, had just the right amount of room for us and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this condo and Amelia Island.

The condo location was so amazing. The photos are a true representation of how comfortable and perfect your vacation will be. Even w exterior improvements happening to the complex, we were never disturbed or bothered by anything. Owner is so communicative and very easy to work with. What a nice little getaway! This place has everything you need and more! We took the risk and booked during construction and got lucky for the Holiday weekend with no construction being done. The beach, the pool, whichever you choose for the day will be very relaxing, you can’t go wrong! We went to the fort and explored downtown for some delicious food. A very Nice quaint town.

The condo was updated and clean. Great views. Convenient booking.

Great time with family!! Beautiful and relaxing! Our son is station at the Navy base in Kingsland, so this was a great place for a vacation and spend time with him.

Oh my goodness. How can I just summarize?? It was the perfect place for our family. The condo itself is so nice and cozy. It was nicely decorated with all these battery operated candles everywhere. There were so many extras there. Like all the places to hang towels and bathing suits. All of the provided beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, and even a cooler!! There were even crayons, markers and construction paper for kids to color. I've never stayed anywhere with so many amenities. I mean, you all thought of everything and it was SO NICE! Even all the spices and oils and everything in the kitchen. I felt like you genuinely cared about us and thought of everything a guest would need and provided it. We enjoyed it SO much. We live here in Fernandina but last year we decided to have a annual beach stay every summer so this was year number 2 for us. And now I don't want to stay any where else but your place!! Thank you so much for this! It was a sad day to leave, but we will be back.

We loved the big dining table for dinners and game night. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of fresh linens. The deck and that view were WOW! We watched a fisherman reel in a small shark. We saw five bunnies and two turtles below us playing the entire stay. Get down to the pool early to claim your spot! Chris has said there would be some construction and an elevator might be out. Both were true. The construction started above us around 8:00am, but we were already up, had walked, and were having coffee. There are two elevators, the one closest to us was out a couple of days, but with just a few extra steps, the other elevator worked just fine. There are several places to eat on the water nearby if you want to go out. There is a grocery store close by as well. And across the street is a small convenient store to grab some ice if you need it. You cannot go wrong staying here. It was the perfect location to relax, collect seashells, people watch, and recharge! You should book this oasis! You will love it!
