I’ve stayed many times and it’s not changed. Third floor rooms enjoy larger balcony/terrace. Excellent customer service when needed (my bathroom had nasty smell on day two; they switched me to another room immediately. It’s when things go wrong the real value of good customer service are revealed - not chocolates on your pillow). I’ll happily return. Again!

You must set your expectations; it’s a budget friendly hotel. Facilities are minimal but functional and adequate for my needs.

The location is why I stayed here. I have stayed before. 10 mins walk into the beautiful town and 25 to the beaches at Sa Caletta, best is the small bay across the road and access to the sea from the rocks. Rooms are small, but good linens and towels and soft pillows. Beautifully made up each day. Room staff courteous and always smiled. As did some of the other front desk staff.

Wow! What a thoroughly unpleasant older woman on the reception. Unfriendly from the start. They had been hassling me to check in and pay before I arrived.. why? I booked through booking.com. Downright rude to a friend who called to collect my bag, she just stared at her and wouldn’t call up to tell me that I had a visitor. I was fully aware that check out was 11 pm. She sent me a text at 10.50 and then actually left the desk to come upstairs and bang on my door to tell me to check out. It was 11.01 and I was just leaving. Strange as she wasnt prepared to make a call earlier. I am widely travelled and I have never had such rude treatment, I have been in the hospitality business for over 30. The room I requested on the front has a balcony with a view of the sea but the road outside is broken slabs so each vehicle that passes makes a huge clanking. This starts at 5.45 am and the windows are not soundproof. The aircon only works on high fan and clunks on and off all night. Needs replacing and windows need triple glazing. Hard to sleep.
