Kindness and friendly staff, the cleanliness of the property and the rooms. I asked for ground floor and was accommodated. I had to do laundry and was amazed how clean it was and all the equipment was in proper working conditions. It was quite in the evening and the staff was bright and cheerful the next morning. The was refreshing 🤩

The location is wonderful and the staff is really nice.

Beds move around like crazy. The inside of the fridge had left over rice, the back of the head board was dirty with coffee there was hair all over the sink. Thank God I bring a bottle of bleach when I travel.

They messed up my reservation. I did check in, went up checked my room and everything looks OK. I left to my son's basketball tournament, when I back to my room after a very long day of games my room key was not opening the door, went downstairs for them to fix the problem. Back again to try opening the room, we were able to open the door BUT when we went in there was other people inside the room! They gave my room to someone else!

Basic ,But GOOD ...Everthing Functional ,Simple I LIKE IT! .Great security ! Parking simple ,Quiet Locale . Nice coffee machine SIMPLE TOO! , Vynle flooring VERY HYGENIC!! Great idea . Rugs in a rental are a Nest for Bacterium and More!!

Im thinking ?? If I ran it I would have Built a platform for the Bed out of ?? Wood? so renters can't pile crap under them ,I can see that as a potential problem .

Noisy. Could hear people in room above us. Difficult to sleep.

clean, new, kitchenette, free coffee, laundry room, one guy in staff was very welcoming and helpful

no cleaning service, trash you take out yourself, bed sheets you change yourself, low pressure water flow in the shower, no kitchenware, bed was uncomfortable

easy to get to and i like that it’s locked so only people staying can get in

the front desk person wouldn’t let me in even though my name was put on the reservation in the notes and the person in the room called down to let me in.

it was close to my medical doctor and convenient to the I-75 entrance. The hotel is far enough away from I-75 that there is no noise from it. The staff were kind, attentive, confident and compassionate.

We did not sleep due to the all night noise from the inner doors (which are glass and require a card scan to get through) every time someone would scan and went through the door or tried to get through the doors without scanning made unbearable noise. it was like glass dishes being thrown. People talking all hours of the night in the hallway with no regard to others. There are no drapes on the windows only a blind which does nothing to prevent the street light directly out our window from shining into our room. It was horrible! Our bed was basically a queen size cot. It squeaked with every turn and was worn down in the middle.
