Location, neatness, cleanliness

Everything from the bar/restaurant to the room was excellent. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There was no microwave in the room.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the fact soft and firm was on the pillowcases was most helpful. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were provided and were name brand. But the paper products, like toilet paper and kleenex, were the cheapest they could get. I have found softer in a truckstop. This is the only complaint about my stay.

We were thrilled to find such a wonderful place to stay overnight on our drives. We will make this our regular stopover. Every single person we encountered was so polite and helpful. The room and facilities were fabulous.

I liked that it was close enough to Nashville to drive the next day.

When we first walked into the room, there was a stain on the top blanket that looked like pee. It seeped through the sheets, so we assumed the bedding was not washed before we came in. We also went down the next morning to get our complimentary breakfast, but there was no one to seat us. The staff were there and we tried to get their attention multiple times, but they ignored us every time.

Location was great, very close to freeway, easy to find. Laundry in house as well as bar/restaurant in the lobby. Awesome outdoor patio area! All employees I spoke with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lulu was an awesome waitress in the restaurant!! We will stay here again no doubt!!!

Extremely tasteful and clean. Friendly stay. Easy checking and checkout. Love the popcorn and cookie touch.

The toilet paper! For such a nice hotel, they definitely need to upgrade their toilet paper. It’s like sandpaper. 😩

We were led to believe dogs 🐕 were allowed. It took us 2 hrs to find a pet friendly hotel after 15 hrs of driving.

Newer structure, but shabby construction, with random things falling apart. Faucet was too short to reach the sink, so water ran all over the countertop when it was turned on. Breakfast was not included, and the lobby restaurant was expensive for the selection and quality.
