Everything - the hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and attentive, I highly recommend this place

The Karaoke music was loud at night and could still hear it from the room but didn’t last very long so it was fine

Mohamed Badr was super supportive and made check-in seamless & prompt

truly wonderful stay ❤️ I had a lovely stay and would really like to thank the entire team for the warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality I experienced throughout my visit. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and it truly made a difference. Mr. Moahmed Saiid, the General Manager, personally followed up with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Mr. Mohamed Ezzat took care of every little detail and made sure that everything I needed was available in my room. I truly appreciated his attention and thoughtfulness. I genuinely felt looked after and appreciated as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I truly appreciate all your efforts and look forward to coming back

The style of the place and the staff were friendly

The bed sheets were not clean and the duvet cover , also they don’t have hand soap and when I asked for they told me use shampoo in the shower cabin
