Bathtub didn’t drain when you took shower, phones didn’t work refrigerator didn’t work, no chair in the room to sit down lounge chair just the office chair

Very fast service! There was an issue with the room. I had called down to front desk and within 5 mins the issues was resolved.

It’s a bit out of date. The rooms can use some new furniture

Cleanliness of room

No easy chair on room, hallway reeked of urine after first of two nights there which we addressed with staff. It didn’t go away. Not sure if they sprayed, but they didn’t have a fan to ise.

It looks nice on the outside but I was in aware of the construction going on on the floor above me so we was up most the night, no one told us. The doors look like they’re easily broken into felt a lil weird about that room was some what clean. But comfortability was okay not too bad it’s a beautiful place just need it to look more safe . Great staff

The beds r so comfortable & housekeeping staff very nice&polite.

There should be some fruit for breakfast bar.

The beds and the free cable. The beds were so soft and comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a long time even tho I'm still tired since we went to bed late.

The bathroom. It didn't look clean but idk since I only stayed one night and forgot to get some bleach but time I remembered it was late at night.

Location was great, staff was friendly, room was large, beds was comfortable, breakfast was hot and delicious.

Bathroom was small, did fine ants in the breakfast area..
