Cute baseball-themed apartment in walking distance to the Hall of Fame and all of downtown Cooperstown attractions. The apartment was clean and attached to a beautiful Victorian house. The owners were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Cooperstown and this sweet place make it perfect. Peter & MJ are terrific hosts and are so friendly and accommodating. The apartment is an easy walk to the village center, the lakeshore, and beautiful neighborhoods. It was comfortable, clean, and all that the two of us needed. Thank you! It was an ideal half way spot between Buffalo and Hartford so now my friend and I have a great place to meet for a weekend getaway.

Such a cute and quaint apartment with ALL the amenities! My son and I stayed during his brother’s tournament, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was extremely nice! It’s the perfect location - with an easy walk into town and a quick drive to Dreams Park.

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband was coaching and my son was playing so I was alone for the week. The apartment is adorable, the hosts are amazing, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. I hope that if I ever make it back this space will be available again!

76 Baseball apartment was more than we expected. The location was perfect. The owners were friendly and not intrusive and made themselves available if we needed anything.

This place was perfect for me and my daughter to stay while my husband and son stayed at Dreams Park. It was a quick, easy ride to the ballpark and beautiful, short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and Hall of Fame located on the Main Street. We loved sitting on the front porch and the “main character” vibes the house and town gave off! Owners were super friendly and everything we needed was provided!

Stayed six nights in this great Cooperstown baseball apartment in May of 2023. Super nice owners offered anything we might need, but we needed nothing. Nice walk to downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Highly recommend!

From start to finish our stay at this Cooperstown NY location was fantastic. The owners were very gracious and did a great job with communication leading up to our stay and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a private apartment that is part of a beautiful older home in a great location! Easy walking distance to the heart of Cooperstown which features great restaurants and shops. A superb vacation location. We hope we can return!

We had a great time. Location is wonderful - it’s about a half mile or so walk to downtown and the museum. We chose to walk most days so that we didn’t have to pay for parking. Hosts were wonderful and responsive. Apartment had everything that we needed. Town and area were beautiful.

You are in walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame and the owners will help you with anything you need! They are lovely people and I would definitely stay at their property again.

What an amazing time we had in Cooperstown. The stay at the 76 Baseball apartment made the stay even better. Pete and MJ were so hospitable and were open to giving suggestions, leading us in the right direction, and inviting us for a cocktail with the locals after the induction parade. Their hospitality is second to none. The apartment had all the necessities for our week long stay. We made amazing meals in the fully equip kitchen, hung out and had cocktails on the amazing porch and had enough room in the front of the house to play a little catch and even long toss. There was ample parking and best of all, this was all within a short walk to downtown Cooperstown. I am so glad we decided to stay here. The centralized location made the amazing place even better. We did not have to deal with parking near the Hall of Fame since we could just walk there with ease. I think the walk to the farthest point of downtown was half a mile. Make sure to hit up Stagecoach Coffee - although the apartment does have a coffee maker available.

Couldn’t have been happier with the stay. Owners were super nice, helpful, and accommodating. Correspondence was very clear. Comfortable space, felt like a guest not a renter, and location walkable to Main Street was perfect.

I can’t say enough how good of a value this property was. Whether you’re staying for one night or seven they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. On top of the property itself is the location. Just a short walk to Main St or short drive to all of the local attractions Cooperstown has to offer.

Wonderful visit!!
I absolutely loved my stay in this apartment. It is spotless, gorgeous, and in one of the prettiest houses in Cooperstown. I was able to drive to see my son play baseball at Dreams Park, and also walk into town every day for breakfast or lunch or just a stroll by the lake. The owners of this property have taken wonderful care, with comfortable bedding, great lighting, and comfortable A/C.
