The hotel was nice, the rooms without balcony have small windows, enough light. the staff very cordial and helpful. owners presence makes a difference. several places to eat inside the premise. the restaurant ocean5 is excellent. we were pleasantly surprised since the break fast and other cafeterias are very modest. the Pool was empty. great location. safe close parking. wifi provided

the owner was open to suggestions like having shower mats to avoid slipping, as well as outside when it rains.

I had water leakage from the water heater in the bathroom but it was fixed soon after I reported the issue.

The Room was very clean and the front desk staff very cheerful and helpful.

The food menu especially for dinner were mainly Indian cuisine. There were limited Nigerian food. The TV menu selection had no Nigerian news channels, we couldn't watch any local news to know what was happening including the collapse of a 21 storey building in the Ikoyi neighborhood.

I was given an upgraded room at a reasonable discount. The staff were courteous and gave good service while the room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet and also had an interesting Chinese meal one of the evenings.

Great staff and management. 3 restaurant in one location, fantastic!!! Strongly recommend this location if you are looking for value for money and relaxation. Pool, bar and live band is available. Management treatment was great and cordial. Definitely coming back with my wife for more days to unwind, it's in center of VI and great proximity to other city attractions. If there is a membership for this hotel and its chain of other I am happy to sign on.

Nothing, its a new hotel.

The room was small but cozy. I stayed here because of the food. They have a fine dining restaurant within the hotel that serve excellent meals made with fresh food. The Wi-Fi in the was very fast and each room has a smart Tv. I could connect to Netflix and chill before going to bed. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. That it was served in the room was an added plus. The meal was a great way to start the day. Overall it's a great place to de-stress. The staffs are very patient and nice and their manager is very friendly. There's really nothing to complain about. Great value for money.
