We enjoyed our stay at this property! Overall, it was clean and had everything we needed included. Easy access to the beach and the pool was nice to spend time at. Just note that the pool does not have any seating or loungers so we ended up making a pile of our stuff on the pool deck.

We enjoyed our stay here. We appreciated the list of restaurants and things to do that the owners provided before check-in. It was a good location, and the pictures accurately reflect the updates that have been made to the property.

We had the nicest week. Being able to sit on the spacious patio and see and hear the ocean was very relaxing. The owners thought of all the needs of a family.

Hands down the most amazing VRBO experience. The property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The owner has everything so well organized from the directions to operate, locate and maintain everything in the home to the wonderful welcome email with tips and suggestions for the area. I made the mistake of going to the store to stock up on necessities before seeing the condo. I didn't need half of what bought! The kitchen had everything you need to cook! Not just a few things...EVERYTHING! Communication with the owner was great! I hope to be back someday!

Our experience at this place was wonderful. My husband and I traveled with our two young kids and it had everything we could need. We spent hours outside on the porch overlooking the ocean and playing Tiki Toss (which we Amazon primed for when we got home.) It was so great to not have to pack beach necessities like toys, umbrella, chairs, wagon, games, etc; this was all provided for us and saved us so much space in packing! The owners texted on the first day so we knew they could help us with anything we need. We followed a lot of their recommendations on restaurants and things to do, which was a really nice touch that they provided. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I had such a great time here. The condo has a wonderful view of the beach. We were even able to see dolphins from the balcony. The inside of the condo was very clean and updated. It’s located close to lots of activities, restaurants, and more. Chad & Danielle were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back again!

We paid premium price for this condo. The view was beautiful but the condo itself was very average inside.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever rented! So cute, clean and well-provisioned! The porch feels like you are literally sitting beside the ocean—perfect for winter or rainy days when you still want to enjoy the sounds and feel of the beach. Perfect get away for me and my teen girls, but would have been perfect for a friends trip or romantic getaway!

Open the windows and patio doors and let the ocean breeze and sounds come in. Loved the privacy of the patio looking over the beach and private access to the beach as well.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as pictured, beautifully updated, very clean, and well stocked! The view from the deck is absolutely amazing!! Couldn’t have asked for better communication from Chad and Danielle. They were very responsive and made check in/out a breeze!

The condo is as beautiful as the pictures. We've never stayed in a condo where you come in through the balcony, but have to say that we loved it! It makes it very private and blocks out noise even though we did not have any. The bed was very large and comfortable. The decor is very beautiful. The light that comes in from both balconies is spectacular. Lastly the oceanfront balcony is one of the best I've seen, very spacious. Can't wait to return. Thank you Chad & Danielle.

The property was well maintained and the location was great. The owners responded promptly and positively to a couple of issues I had. One issue was the fact that we were required to put the sheets on our own beds. I was told this is common, though not universal. This is very difficult for older adults when the bunk beds need to be made. I was assured by the owners that this will be remedied by a new cleaning service. Also, like another renter stated, the checkout procedure seemed a bit stringent considering the cost of the unit and the cleaning fee. Overall, I would recommend this property for a nice beach getaway.

The condo was beautiful and clean. It was a nice stay for my husband and myself. I would go back except the cleaning fee was a bit high for only 2 people staying. According to the rules on the fridge we needed not only to have the dishes clean, but put away and check out by 10.

The property was picture perfect. It was beautifully decorated to a high quality and spotless. You walk onto a welcoming deck ready to relax and listen to the sound of the ocean. The apartment had literally everything including a charger station, washing and kitchen supplies and a cabinet full of games. It also had a storage unit filled with beach chairs and beach toys. The owners were great to communicate with and so prompt to respond to text or email. We would definitely go back again. Loved it.

This is how its done. Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, no clutter, great linens, dishes, and appliances. Fabulous location... everything the web page promised. A sixth star should be added to the evaluation form... highest rating. Period.

Chad & Danielle’s beach condo was perfect for our stay! This was our 6th or 7th trip to Carolina/Kure Beach and this was nicest place we’ve stayed. Well appointed, very clean, comfortable furniture. Large, private deck with almost 180 deg beach/ocean views. Walking distance to downtown. Couldn’t ask for more! Communication with Chad was easy and always prompt. We will hope to visit this property and town again soon!

There are many reasons why this is 5 stars. The condo is clean. The location is great - it's just down the road from the boardwalk (not quite walking distance with a 5 yr old - but a 2 min drive). It is also just down the road (5 mins depending on traffic) to the Ft Fisher State Historic Area and the NC Aquarium at Ft Fisher (both excellent places to visit). The condo is on the 3rd floor and the stairs can be a little tiring, but it is a fair exchange for the view and the seclusion that you feel on that balcony. My wife said that it was a good way to work off the food we had in the local restaurants. To wit, the Cobbler Factory is a stone throw from the condo (highly recommend). There were people staying in the other condos while we were there (some with small children) and we would not have known it. We heard nothing from the other condos - this was one of the best things about the condo. The air conditioner is one of the most effective ones Ive been in - bug thumbs up on that. The owners have thought of most everything - there are all the utensils you would need and there are bed linens and towels (at no extra charge). Just a lot of nice little touches. The parking is a little tight just based on the logistics of it, but we parked at the end of the covered spaces next to the pool and we had no issue whatsoever. One thing we were surprised was that there were not a lot of places nearby to get food that wasnt fried and greasy. Shuckin Shack had standing room only so with our 5 yr old, we had to pass. We did find that a place called Fish Bites has excellent food and excellent service. Its down the road from Carolina Beach but is worth the drive. Also, Wake N Bake doughtnuts next to the Food Lion in Carolina Beach is another great spot - great coffee and excellent doughnuts (we recommend the Carolina Sand doughnut!!!). Highly recommend the condo.
