Had a lovely time. Master bed was great, but second bedroom could really use a new mattress. It was very clean and well maintained. The host was phenomenal! Would totally Recommend

Great host ...nice accommodations...pleasant surroundings

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! It's fresh, clean, and the decor is so beachy and relaxing. I chose this condo because of its close proximity to my family, who live over off US 1, and I loved being directly across the street from Crescent Beach. The bed in the primary room is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on -- so much so that I checked out the mattress and am thinking about upgrading my bed at home! The owner also texted me when I checked in to let me know to reach out if I needed anything, which I appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

We love Pelican Inlet and have stayed there multiple times. This was our first time renting this unit and the experience was disappointing in some aspects. We did have an AC issue which the owner was very responsive and had resolved same day in a few hours. We however had some concerns as well over hot water and dishwasher which while workable were not resolved to 100% during our 2 week stay. Furnishing were limited; no dresser or shelves to unpack clothes/belongings in secondary bedroom. Unit just had an overall lack of TLC or attention to detail - red mold in the master bath shower curtain, light bulbs burned out (no spares), pots/pans and cooking stuff all just a jumbled mess in the cabinet, microwave auto sensor feature (for popcorn, coffee water, etc) not working, dishwasher as mentioned didn't clean well, many drinking cups were stress crazed - one leaked, keypad door lock buttons hard to operate, back screen door latch was broken, minimal decoration/artwork and the 2 main pieces over the master bed and couch where at head level so quite uncomfortable placement. Nothing flat out didn't work or was misrepresented, but a little more focus on the details and upkeep could easily make it a 5 star experience. I understand the list could seem as nitpicky and I would agree however there were just so many issues it was overwhelming - naturally a couple would be understandable. Property is great - loved the pool, tennis courts and being able to park our boat!
