A large, spacious apartment with a nice interior. It has everything you need; the air conditioning works well, and the windows provide good sound insulation. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept really well. It’s a very pleasant place to stay, and we would happily stay here again. I also forgot to pay the cleaning fee upon checkout, but the host kindly waived it. My wife is a pianist, and she really liked the piano in the apartment. I really liked the designer sofa made of solid wood and upholstered in wool pile. Very high-quality disposable slippers. We hadn't been so lucky before - we had very poor-quality slippers at other apartments.

The location isn't the most convenient for exploring the city, but it is closest to the historical and cultural landmarks. There is a slight smell of age in the apartment.

everything conpletely good , you can find even a piano in the room :) good location, confortable bed, good comunication with the owner

I liked all

Квартира потрясающая! Все, как хотелось, с грузинским колоритом. Квартира большая, все чисто, все необходимое имелось, удобное месторасположение. Остались под впечатлением, очччччень довольны!

Irakli very hospitable homeowner. We like almost everything. The room was clean. The bed sheets were clean. You can find anything for your need. One day we had a problem with the internet but he solved it. Even he brought a teapot and wine glasses which we asked for. Sololaki rooms forever guys. If you are not planning to stay at the hotel then you must choose this place. Best apartment in Tbilisi. Near to the city center and to important places.

Maybe it would be good to just change the stove in the room. One eye was not working. Another issue that might be a problem is that it would be better if there was a place in the room to wash the crockery.
