Our fully renovated house is located less than 50 m from the fine-sand beach of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay.
Unwind in this peaceful, idyllic setting and get as close to nature as possible!
A 70 m² house located less than 50 meters from the sea, in the town of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay Plage, a seaside resort on the west coast of the Cotentin Peninsula, facing the island of Jersey.
The house features a very sunny and well-sheltered terrace.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people with a baby. Accommodation for 5 people is possible (sofa bed).
The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It includes:
- a living room that opens onto the dining area, furnished with a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a television
- a dining area that opens onto the kitchen, with seating for 6 guests. (industrial-style furniture)
- a fully furnished and equipped industrial-style kitchen featuring black and wood accents (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.)
- 1 bedroom with closet and wardrobe (160-cm bed), TV, black-and-gold decor
- 1 bedroom (160-cm bed), TV, beach-themed decor
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and 1 sink with a towel warmer and washing machine
OUTDOORS:
- 1 outdoor terrace with patio furniture, 2 lounge chairs, and a Weber grill available for use;
- A courtyard in front of the house with space for your vehicles.

We emphasize the quality of the property and its amenities. We have carefully designed this family home to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Local shops within a ten-minute walk (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, bar/newsstand, hair salon, two restaurants).
Ideally located for exploring the Cotentin Peninsula, at the center of numerous attractions, Mont Saint-Michel, the D-Day beaches, La Hague, Granville-Iles Chausey, Saint-Vaast-Tatihou, Barfleur, Barneville-Carteret, the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney), Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, the Bayeux Tapestry, etc.
Close to a sand yachting club (Bretteville-sur-Ay), horseback riding centers, introductory flights in Lessay, skydiving, go-karting, etc.

- Bedding provided for the two 160 beds
- Use of the equipment, accessories, and utensils provided.
- Travel crib and high chair
THE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax in accordance with current regulations
- Bath towels are not provided
- Electricity and water are billed separately based on actual consumption.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- A security deposit of €600 is required upon arrival. It will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay! If you are searching for a with up to 4 persons you may have found it here. You will have the (almost) complete lower floor of this country-villa for yourself. It comes along with a kitchen, a living/eating room, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate room with toilette and storage. Furthermore you will have a big terasse with breathtaking views over the valleys and mountains araund (including phantastic sun downers). The whole appartment is equipped with really everything you will ever need for a comfortable stay. This includes climate control in all rooms (except of course kitchen and bathrooms), a completely equipped kitchen and many more little things that will make your stay absolutely enjoyable. The apartment is really in good shape and clean. The owner is very friendly and always there for you if you need tips or anything else.
What you need to know is that you are deciding for a location that lies a little remote from the centre of the Corse capital Ajaccio (15 minutes drive) in a very small „village“ on the hill - so you will need a car to be mobile, but this is anyway recommended if you want to see more of this beautyful island. For us it was a perfect stay and we will always recommend this apartment.

Agréable séjour dans bas de villa à proximité d'Ajaccio. Les propriétaires qui habitent au dessus sont agréables et disponibles mais surtout très discrets. Je recommande cette location propre et récente.

Casa ampia, ben organizzata e confortevole, spazio esterno fruibile, dotata di buona attrezzatura. Ottima posizione, con brevi spostamenti in auto, per visitare la costa nei dintorni di Ajaccio. Ospite gradevole, molto gentile, disponibile.
