Great house, great space and great host. Thanks so much to Paul for a wonderful experience. He even set up a small Christmas tree for our family to enjoy over the holiday. There is no trail to the tide pools, though it would be nice if that was cleared and made available again.
The best part has to be the sound of the waves crashing throughout the night and you can hear it in every bedroom. We hope to be back someday!

Had a blast with the fam for 9 nights. Host was great at communication. Really beautiful wood design in the house with a cool mini pool you can take a dip at anytime you want! Just be aware of the curvy hills to get there; take your time.

Paul was absolutely amazing, his home had everything we needed plus more. Will definitely book again as my family is from St. Thoms and this was perfect for us.

The property is secluded which is a great thing. You’ll need a car or to rely on taxi services. We used Josh (340) 473-3438 everyday. He was excellent and drove us right to front door. We had a couple who flew in from west coast and their taxi driver wouldn’t drive right up to house. It’s a bit tricky but, Josh knows the route by heart. We had 1-2 rides per day. We spent a small fortune on taxis but, none of us were willing to drive on the narrow streets/hills.
The watering hole & kayak spot are almost unreachable. You have to walk down a trail that’s partially overgrown. Then shimmy along cliff then use a rope to get down cliff to water. Wasn’t worth the risk of injury to anyone in our party. That was disappointing because we had intended to take advantage of that space/kayaking.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I've had on vacation the booking a place to stay. Paul was so helpful in speaking to our taxis to get to and from the house, finding places to go and more. Not to mention the house itself is stunning. It feels so cozy and is huge! The views are absolutely stunning - completely unobstructed view of the ocean and islands. The house and view is even more stunning than the pictures. Our whole group was in shock with how beautiful the house and view was. Was totally worth every penny and we will definitely plan to come back to stay.

We all had a fantastic time. Paul took care of all our requests, even moving the dates by one day on both ends of the trip.
We didn't need the AC, just opened the windows to a great ocean breeze.

We had a great time here. Paul and his family were very accommodating and friendly. We had 7 kids with us and they were very happy and entertained. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The house was just like the listing and the views were incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul's villa. The view is fantastic. Paul was very responsive and made us feel welcome (he even left us some welcoming bubbly in the fridge). House was as described in the ad and all 9 people were comfortable. The location is perfect for driving to all of the famous beaches and stores. Would definitely return!

This property was the best. The property was clean, provided privacy, and all the accommodations and amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation on St. Thomas. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying here on our next vacation.

The pictures does this place no justice!..from the views to the gorgeous kitchen to the beautiful pool..everything was breathtaking!!…the owners are wonderful people and was a call away to answer questions and help with any needs that we had. We fell in love with this place and are looking forward to another stay!

Great place for a group!
We had a big group of people new to the island and weren’t sure what to expect. Paul made it so easy to check in and not worry about anything during our stay, he is a super host! The rooms were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view is unbeatable, sunrises, rainbows and ocean!

Our group rented mopeds. However, every single one of us had plenty of prior experience, and I’d definitely say that’s a must if you decide that route. I’d happily stay at the property again.

The location is ideal for getting anywhere on the island we wanted to go within 15 minutes. We had eight guests (married couple with two adult children and four younger children) and the number of rooms and beds (comfortable) were just right where we had enough space to be separate and together. The views were amazing. The air conditioning works great. We prepared most of our meals in and that worked out just fine. The host was very responsive to our needs and was great to supply many little extras such as drinking water, tissues, and beach toys. And the host was very reasonable working with us on a window blind we damaged. We had no issues with internet speed. We had no problems with showers and hot water. For us, not having a master bedroom door felt a little weird, but ultimately was never much of an issue. If returning to St Thomas, we’d definitely look to stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Hidden Beauty
This place was breathe taking. A hidden gem. We had a hard time getting there the first time but by the second day we were acting like pros. Our host helped us out with every question and concern. Thank you so much Paul. My group of 13 were a little rowdy at times age ranging 28 - 55 so I thank him for his patience. We ended up using a taxi service because we weren't comfortable driving but if you like to venture out you may want to get your own vehicle.

Beautiful home and location
This was a beautiful rental with amazing and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The property had all of the cookware and spices that you would need to make delicious meals for your family. The property owner was responsive and lives in a building just adjacent to this property, so it makes for easy resolution of any issue. One piece that was not clear from the listing is that the house is actually multi-unit. The property we stayed in was the largest in the building, but from the photos and listing description, we thought we would have the entire property. There are two additional units on the lower level of the structure. There is no shared space, but when all parties are on their balconies you can hear and see your neighbors. I think it would have been helpful to have this piece clarified before booking, but overall, it was a wonderful vacation and beautiful property.

Almost the perfect stay
This property is very beautiful and had incredible views. Property is spacious, clean and the house is well stocked with all essential needs. Kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, spices, tea, coffee ect. The owners are really kind and communicate well. A few items to note, the water pressure is not the best. We had 7 people staying in the house and were unable to use the two showers at the same time. There is also no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom which is inconvenient when sharing the house with several people. The upstairs bathroom barely flushes. We did inform the property owner who stated we were not using the proper button but it continued to not flush properly throughout our stay. We also lost power for about 15 hours. We understand from several locals that it's common to lose power but there was no generator ready to back up the water pump. We were okay without the electricity except the no access to water is an issue when you have to use the bathroom. The property owner was able to fix the generator eventually but it would have been better if it was ready. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend this property.
