This property worked perfect for a girls shopping trip. Very close to the outlet mall and restaurants. We had plenty of room in this spacious house. The open floor plan was just what we wanted. Very clean and comfortable.

A family affair was an incredible home to stay in with a large group of extended family. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us to share, the location was perfect, and the house was very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the stay and the home was spectacular. Only problem we ran into was the living room did not have enough seating for the 14 people the home slept. Other than that the house was GREAT!

The home was beautiful, well stocked and had plenty of space to gather as a family. The concerns we had mostly relate to the management of the home, we had a crawling infant to made it very clear that the floors were not clean within 30 minutes of being in the home, all the tub drains are very slow, be careful, the hot water temperature set to scolding, makes it convenient when you want a quick, hot shower, but it could easily burn a child quite badly. Please be aware that the Home is NOT in the resort no it is it have the resort amenities, we were not aware of that until we arrived. We enjoyed walks to zoo, the beach, and the park and splash pad.

This home was everything they advertised. Short walk to beach, loved the different decks, fire pit was used every night. Well stocked and very clean.

Everything was as listed. Beautiful interior. Super clean. Great for a few families or friends. GPS to location is perfect. Many DoorDash and Shipt options for groceries and meals. Short drive to the public beach, which was great.

Perfect house and place to stay. House was so cute, clean and accommodating for our group of 13. Nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Some did walk but we mostly drove there

We enjoyed our stay at this property with 4 adults + 4 kids under 8! It is conveniently located near a couple of entrances at Sheridan Beach. The house itself was very clean, new and spacious! All of the outdoor spaces are lovely, we really liked the roof deck. The only minor ding was that when we arrived the outdoor trash can was totally full from whoever stayed prior to us. It didn’t get picked up until the following afternoon and had become extremely stinky/full of flies. This made it unpleasant getting in and out of our cars that had to be parked adjacent to the trash area.
As parents with younger kids and a bunch of stuff to schlep to/from the beach, it would’ve been nice to have access to a wagon since the house is located up on a hill. Other places we’ve stayed had that in addition to beach chairs, so we’ve been spoiled. Just something to keep in mind if this is important to you. Also, we were unable to locate an outdoor hose which would’ve been great post beach to clean off sand.
Overall, we had a nice visit and this property checked off most of our boxes!

This is the perfect house for a weekend away from Chicago. It was a short-drive (under 2 hours) in Labor Day traffic. The home was very clean and had lots of outdoor seating areas. Would highly recommend.
