The location and how helpful the host was.
Nothing in particular

Good walking distance to the town and harbour. Comfortable beds and good shower. Good value for money.
The are surrounding area is very rundown. The window is below the level of the beds so limited natural light.
Parking was borderline impossible (appreciating this is nothing to do with the owners but it does impact on first impression). The accommodation would benefit from a better floor clean and whilst a shared kitchen is appreciated a kettle and cups in the room would improve the stay.
