Located right in the downtown of Southampton village great walking to town without driving.
Restaurant closed for pre season but no lack of alternatives with the town full of every kind of restaurant shopping and interested !

Our room was on the back side of the hotel. far away from the restaurant and away from the Main Street.
The room was spacious and quiet. We had a coffee maker with expresso pod. That was great. We were within walking distance to the main streets of Southampton.
Could have had a few more coffee pods.

The Harpoon House is a hidden little gem in the middle of a busy Southampton town. The facility is private,safe and clean. I have traveled extensively and have not found any place equivalent to Harpoon House for its rate and prime location. My only concern is that more people will stumble across this little piece of paradise and I won’t be able to get a room!!!
I was on the first floor at it was A little noisy on the stairs during morning check out.

Location & room size. Room was funky. Comfy & clean. On-site parking. Massive bed. Water & coffee in room. Quiet a/c. Useful fridge.
Poor reception attendance. Hotel name is different on building so harder to find. As a music venue there’s late night noise. Washstand in bedroom not bathroom. $50 parking fee at beach - nice if hotel has passes.

The location- perfect! Right in the city center. The hotel is quaint and inviting. The room is adorable and very clean. There is a restaurant on-site.
The room was very small and hard to move around with 2 people. The lighting is awful. Probably not a place I would stay for more than 2 days.

Room was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The grounds were dirty....the restaurant is extremely dirty and smelly....the kitchen/bar funk smell in the restaurant is awful.

Old charming house converted to a hotel. Very central location but very quiet rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast is in the hotel main 75 which is super nice. The receptionist Mia was very nice and professional, she gave exactly the room I asked for ( I m sensitive to noises) . They have bicicles. It takes 10 minute to go to the beach

staff was friendly. rooms were spacious. location is great on main street. the restaurant , blu mar was delicious!
can hear everything from suite above me. Street can be loud outside my window. water pressure of sink was low. flying bugs in room.

Very beautiful rooms and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast served at 75 Main is great. The location is close to everything. There are a couple bicycles available at no cost.
The walk to the parking lot is dark at night and sometimes with puddles/mud. Breakfast is not on premises but only a short walk away. The restaurant is very generous with time until they serve it.
