The house was lovely, and a great size for the family. The kitchen was great and well equipped and the hot tub was a treat

There were a few hiccups at the beginning but Rachel was at the other end of the phone and sorted things quickly.

We had a lovely stay here for Edinburgh marathon - the property is right on the route so for future guests this weekend be warned you cannot get the cars out of the drive on race day and you also struggle to get across the race route on foot! It backs on to the golf course and race course with lovely walks.

The property is newly built so as you would expect it’s all clean and fresh but there are a few snagging issues which need to be addressed like the master bedroom and en suite doors not closing properly. No proper extractor fan in the kitchen so I wouldn’t want to cook anything too smelly! Also the kitchen has quite limited numbers of crockery and cutlery - the dishwasher was hardly used as a result and a bit pointless! I don’t think only 1 mug provided per guest is sufficient when paying this amount for example. The variety of pots/pans could be better, also didn’t find any trivets for hot pans. Hopefully these comments are taken on board and addressed for future guests as it really good be a great property!

Rachel was so helpful as we had been let down last minute by another host. The house was beautiful and it was nice to extend our group into the apartment on site. One Hot tub wasn't working but that was ok as we managed to make good use of the other one.

Absolutely fabulous! Stunning house and we had a great weekend away for my cousins 30th.

A little bit silly but there was not 1 single full length mirror in the whole house. And with a house full of females it was slightly frustrating
