Primo Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful, doing their best to help with every request as well as they can. The breakfast included good coffee made by a barista (not brewed or a machine) The price was fair for the service provided.

The building needs renovation and maintenance. It was nothing that actually affected the use of the facilities, but a lot of small defects and breakages add up. The breakfast was there and was sufficient to be called proper breakfast (not continental), but barely, and it did not change at all from one day to the next.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, organized taxi to airport at great price and waited outside to ensure it came.

All was good, we liked the location, room and atmosphere

Lage und das Bett. Personal war super.

Das Frühstück war nicht so toll. Ebenfall hätte es etwas sauberer sein können.

Location is really good, easy access to all the places in Tirana city

Breakfast was very minimal , not much options and doesn’t feel clean how it was organized. AC was not working and had to change room in the middle of the night . There was power outage in our room following some loud noises from mini fridge the next day midnight. These concerns were addressed promptly by the night staff but he was not good at speaking English. Doesn’t have any tea bags or coffee at room and lacked some basic amenities. Doesn’t meet the luxury level or the price they charge .
