We loved staying at lulu city 3G! This is a roomy condo with an artsy open vibe that we loved! A cute photo op with all of the license plates on the wall! And the kitchen is very open and spacious which is great for big groups! Highly recommend!

The local property manager (Amanda O.) met us onsite and left a check list of all she'd done including important info about the unit. There is a default line (maintenance) that one can text anytime for assistance. Prior to that, getting past the bureaucracy of the larger Vacasa was a bit of a pain but after that it was smooth sailing. I give the unit 5 stars for cleanliness b/c overall it was. However, there were some spots under beds and couches that looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. Nothing so big that would prevent us from staying there again. I did let them know about some minor fixes that needed attending to and they were addressed promptly. We lucked out as the pool had just opened for the season (5/12/22) and so this was a huge part of keeping the kids entertained, it was very clean and warm. Will definitely stay here again!

The biggest issue is the hot tub is not open yet and messaging about it is from early 2021 so you would assume it would have been fixed by now. Vacasa also did not communicate that it was not open and even provided codes to get into the pool/hot tub area. Even though this unit sleeps 8, they only provide one parking pass so that is really a challenge to figure out what to do with a 2nd car. The condo was very nice. We had 6 people, and it felt very roomy. Telluride is a nice town walk around in, and the skiing was good. However, the town and ski resort were suffering from being short staffed due to covid and/or xmas. Sometimes there were unexpected difficulties with stores being closed, or not offering normal services, or having long lines. We had a couple of problems with the condo that also might have been covid/xmas related. The back-door we were supposed to use did not have the address labelled, and a call in to the Vacasa help number did not yield any helpful hints about how to identify the right door. We had to walk around the building a bunch of times, and figure it out for ourselves. That was related to the issue where the instructions given to open the door were incorrect. The numeric code was right, but the last thing to enter was a "check" not the "asterisk" that was specified in the instructions. Luckily someone in the group was cynical enough to ignore the instructions and try the "check". The welcome info in the condo suggested that we could use a storage locker in Mountain Village for our skis and boots, which seemed much easier than getting all that gear through Telluride and over the Gondola to Mountain Village. However, when we called the specified number to get lockers, we were told we had to go to the lockers in person to get one. We tried that, but the lockers were not staffed. It was just a locked room with lockers inside. We called again later to get lockers, and were given an email address to request lockers. We requested lockers via email, but did not get an immediate response (normal for email). We ended up getting a couple of them for the last two days of our stay, but would really have preferred to have the lockers the entire stay. The lockers are a very good idea, but the phone number-or-email to reserve them should be provided in the online registration process, or perhaps should be included as part of the online VRBO form itself. Trying to reserve them when we were already needing them was too slow.

Maintenance visit unannounced with my teen daughter home alone. Mice in the kitchen. No battery remote. Hot tub / pool down. Not as advertised! Definitely not secure or clean.

Super fun space and great location to town. Plenty of space for our 8 travelers. Kids were disappointed when the pool was a little green for a few days. I guess it was the HOA's responsibility, not the property management group.

Perfect location, excellent amenities (love the clubhouse) and friendly property managers! We loved being near a lift and on the bus route.

Gathered with kids and grandkids for long family weekend. It was a great location for the kids to ski. Very well-equipped condo. Loved our visit! One floor so no steps for little ones!

Wonderful condo. The layout worked great for our group of 7. The mud room was great for a winter stay. Ski rentals and lift literally across the street. The kitchen is better stocked with equipment than most places we have stayed. We love Telluride and can imagine staying here anytime of year!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas trip to this location. We were greeted with a festive Christmas tree in the living room and a kitchen fully stocked from a pre-arranged grocery service option. The location is perfect! Minutes from town via a charming walk along a creek or hopping on the free Galloping Goose shuttle right at our door. When running short of supplies, a no more than 5 minute walk around the corner to the charming little Clark’s Market solved that issue ( should I mention again the great location??). There’s even a ski lift 5-7 minutes from our door for skiers Blue level and up. Also, nearby were parks for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or even hiking into the mountains (Bear Creek Falls Trail, for one). Plenty of soft towels, hot water and yummy bedding. TVs in 3 rooms were very convenient - especially the Smart TV in the living room. Mud room was large enough to handle all of our snowy gear. We enjoyed the hot tub by the pool just out our back door and grilled a delicious dinner on the gas grill by the hot tub. A reserved parking space in the parking garage was also conveniently located just out our back door. The only minor challenges were the lack of a bathroom door in the master bedroom and the occasional bottleneck at the 2 bathrooms, but we’re family, so we made it work :) Latitude 38 personnel were very responsive to any questions we had or additional information that we requested. This was one of the smoothest destination vacations we have experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and thank the owners and Latitude 38 for such a cozy condo and memorable family Christmas!

This property is ideally located, clean and stocked with all the essentials needed for a short stay. The open concept served 2 couples and 4 children very well.

The location perfect. The place decorated beautifully and comfortable. The staff at Altitude38 couldn't have been more accommodating. All in all, great spot but only downfall was the hot tub was out of order for the first night we were there. The magic of Telluride kept our spirits high though. Make sure to visit there... bar. That staff was so welcoming, the food was delicious and the drinks were exquisite. See you next time, Telluride!
