Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have already passed some comments to your local office. It was a good place for our family, with an elevator and dog approval, all 5s except the last one. It took a technician to get the elevator going when we arrived and a day or so to get Wi-Fi working. Otherwise all good.

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed the preoperty, it’s beautiful furnishings and art, the modern, fully stocked kitchen, which allowed us to create some delicious creations. The furnishings were beautiful and super comfortable. The propert is located in a very desirably residential subdivision just steps from the beautiful beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice. Has a very nice layout and is located close to the beach. But the carpets are tired and it wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. In addition, the AC was remotely controlled making it a bit uncomfortable at night as the temps were allowed to rise above 76 degrees. The management company was hard to reach on our Sunday arrival and the repair to the elevator on the first day took until Tuesday morning to fix.
