A wonderful house, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is perfect for large groups and families. The house was very spacious for the three of us. There were virtually no downsides. Almost everything was perfect, from the location to the price.

The only thing we didn’t like was the discrepancy between the check-out time listed on Booking.com and the time requested by the host. Booking.com states that check-out is at 11:00 AM, but the host asks guests to leave by 10:00 AM. This is quite inconvenient, especially for those with evening flights, as it doesn’t leave much time to enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

Great facilities, lovely pool, fully equipped kitchen, air fryer very useful. 8 min walk to a sand and shingle beach, owner very helpful and informative.

Some construction loud noise for 3 days of the stay although they did finish early afternoon.and didnt go on too late. Contacted owner who found out a nearby villa was having a pool built, so not a big on going development. This was a shame as couldn't really use facilities on those days. However understandably the owner has no control over the construction and would stay again as think this was a one off!.

The house is great - large, spacious, exceptionally clean, and perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a coffee machine to an air fryer. The pool is great as well. The house is in a lovely location, within easy reach of the nearest beach, and is also well positioned for exploring the island. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Only a few minor things to mention: we couldn’t use the ground-floor bedroom because it was quite damp and had a noticeable musty smell, but as the house is very spacious, we still had plenty of room. After about seven days, the pool started to get dirty, and since we hadn’t been given any instructions on how to clean or maintain it, nor did we have access to any pool chemicals, we weren’t able to use it during the last few days of our stay. Some of the cushions on the sun loungers also need replacing. These were all relatively minor issues and didn’t spoil our stay, but with a little extra maintenance and attention, the house could be truly spectacular.
