very nice and well maintained. the owner made sure to make us feel welcomed and kept us up to date on events around us.

We loved the location being close to restaurants and my favorite ice cream shop. We enjoyed the kitchen area and all the snacks and the bathroom with the big shower. The property owner sounds really nice I only talk to her on the phone. They do have the condo set up really nice with a lot of nice things you might need which is considered. The decor looks very nice and up to date except a few pieces. All in all we had a nice time but we could had a better time if it wasn’t for a few things plus things that are miss leading in the ad

Let’s number them (1) it is hard to relax after walking all day and watch tv on a extra hard loveseat. This piece of furniture is smaller than a normal loveseat and there is no cushion it is hard and the back is low so no support and since this is the only tv that’s torture. (2) The bed , my husband is 6 foot and 290 and I am 5-6 and 195 the bed was a full size and it felt even smaller. You have know closet, or balcony and yes these are the things I was so looking for who don’t want to sit out on the balcony. (3) one last thing I didn’t like the idea of going from the bedroom walking all the way across the condo to the other side to go to the bathroom or to take my shower then walk through the kitchen though the living room and back to the bed room. The decor was nice but you need a place to be able to really relax and get comfortable and the furniture is not the furniture. (4) Once you go through your first lock door then you go up two flight of narrow stairs before you get to your front door.

Excellent location in the heart of OTR with lots of bars & restaurants on the doorstep. Spacious apartment with large shower, a comfortable bed and a super well-equipped kitchen. Also there was an incredibly generous supply of toiletries, tea, coffee, bottled water and snacks. Communication with the host was excellent, check-in very straightforward with key codes for exterior and interior doors and the free parking was very convenient.

The air conditioning is noisy and didn't work so well in the bedroom.

perfect for our short little stay. cannot beat the location. comfortable and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities

I guess if you have to have a complaint it could be that you had to walk up two flights of stairs outside. however I would not consider that a big deal nor a dealbreaker. and the location makes up for any inconveniences.

Very clean, well equipped, large size, washer and dryer. Kitchen well stocked. Host was communicative

Parking is a bit challenging especially given you need to park in a loading zone to retrieve the key on arrival and return the key after departure.

It was clean, cool, and relaxing! You can walk out the door and have a bunch of options for food and drink that are so close! Parking is free and right across the street! We will definitely stay again!

Clean and cozy. We didn’t end up using the kitchen, but it looks like there was everything you need to make a good meal. Perfect for my husband, baby and I. Neighborhood is energetic and there is a lot to do. This spot would be great for a weeklong or several night stay.

Bedroom was stuffy/hot, even while the rest of the apartment was frigid from us turning the a/c up- we only stayed one night and didn’t get a chance to troubleshoot with the host. I’m guessing this will be fixed ASAP!
