Excellent location and spacious stay. Communication with property management was just OK. We requested an extra beach wristband and never received the wristband or a follow up message. The home could also use more kitchen ware (glasses/plates etc). But overall it was a great home and fit our needs of having multiple couples staying together. We would definitely book here again.

Check in did not go smoothly- but the manager was helpful and we had no issues for the rest of the stay. We even extended our stay one night. Thanks, Scenic Stays

The house and location was perfect! I drive a suburban and it would not fit in the driveway of the house so I had to park on the street in front. The parking spot in front of the house is not guaranteed but we were able to save it each time I left the house. If you rent this house and are taking two large vehicles, parking will be an issue.

Nice basic home
We had a great week staying at this home. It was comfortable and perfect for our family. There were a handful of issues when we first arrived but the property management company, Scenic Stays was truly incredible. I would skip reserving this home on VRBO and save yourself the booking fee by booking directly with Scenic Stays. VRBO was extremely difficult to work with and just kept referring us to Scenic Stays. The staff at Scenic Stays was exceptional and went out of their way to fix things. The bikes need to be updated or replaced and it would be nice if there were a few chairs and umbrellas. Other than that it was a great house with a great location. We would stay here again.

The pluses for us (7 adults, 1 four year old and two 22-month olds) was location and wrap-around porch. The negatives were 1)no wifi in carriage house/garage apt and adult son who traveled from NYC for a working vacation had to use the porch to work during the day as the family area is small in this house and all other bedrooms were taken up; thankfully wifi in house was good, 2) no garage access and very, very short driveway, car had to be parked crossways, which took a Houdini parking act with our Suburban, 3) poorly equipped and disorganized kitchen utensils and pots and pans , though thankfully appliances worked, 4) house was clean upon arrival but giant hairball was stopping up one of the baths upstairs which had no drain cover. The listing online was not up-to-date, but when I called property management they were apologetic and prompt in updating the listing and giving us tips on how to handle reduced parking.
Overall, I would look for another house for our group next year, though we had a fun visit at Watercolor.

Great little property
The house was perfect for us. Nice gathering spaces and a cozy enclosed wraparound patio that we used one evening while it was raining. Good location. Excellent communication via text/email from property mgmt company. Master bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was ideal for our Watercolor vacation with our teenage son and his 4 friends! They had their own space with the apartment above the garage AND the whole upstairs! We were so happy had 5 bikes for them! It was the perfect location - Beach Club access and easy bike ride to Seaside! Any house concerns (alarm, AC) were promptly addressed and fixed asap. My only recommendations for improvements would be a comfy sofa on the beautiful screened porch and some pictures on walls inside to add more character. It was newly remodeled so everything new and updated and pristine!:)
