Loved the extra supplies in the room that were unexpected such as pickleball rackets, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Loved the ocean view, soft beds, and, of all things, the fridge.

We never did get a code that worked to the hot tub and pool and never got check out instructions-even though there weren’t any it was a little unclear what we would need to do. Mostly just communication issues but nothing big.

Great location in Kihei! Good location to see island.

Had trouble getting access to pool. Took several days to get the code. Should be in apartment.

Not enough towels. We had 6 people and 4 towels! Nobody in office to address issues! Phone assistance was useless. No kitchen towels. Didn’t book an efficiency apartment at this price to have to go buy dish towels or accessories that were advertised as there! Wi-fi passwords did not work! Luckily our cell service is good! Pictures don’t look like actual room! Sort of misleading!

The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. Nice gift on arrival and we had the code to enter. It was also close to shops and restaurants.

The beach was very rocky, hard to walk on. Management sent me an email accusing me of parking next to a cone when it wasn't my car.

Office hours only monday- wed 10-4. Doing everything online felt hit or miss

Loved the view and close proximity to the beach.

Would have liked more wheelchair accessible access to the beach. It was tough going over the grass. The sand was actually easier.
