Great location and views close to shops, cafes and hotels, plenty of room for 3 people, comfy mattress and pillows
Carpets had not been vacuumed,vac cleaner totally blocked up

Great location with great ocean views from bedroom and balcony ! Cruise ship came in overnight. Mandy is a great host and very helpful.

Spacious, well appointed, comfortable bed, good linen. Potted plants and nautical decorations a nice touch. Good view of harbour upstairs. Handy position, easy walk to shops, cafes, botanical gardens gardens.
Lack of double glazing meant fairly constant traffic noise from Bentinck St and the nearby roundabout except later at night. A scrim curtain upstairs and down would allow light in and privacy.

Water tastes very metallic in Portland. A cheap 1.5 litre of water in the fridge for the first day would have been welcomed. As a minimum, we should have been pre-warned. This is a 2-storey building- stairs !!

The view from this property was breathtaking.
A walk to all facilities, restaurants, supermarkets, shops.
The bed was a bit firm for me.

The bathroom consumable supplies where underwhelming. One small bar of soap doesn’t cut it for two adults.

View (GREAT!), location and general comfort. Parking at door. Everything you need inside to stay for a few days. Helpful info book. TV with Netflix and reasonable wifi speeds.
Towels etc a bit tired, no face cloth provided and shower pressure/mixing not as good as it could be.
Think it may have been a Booking.com issue but did not receive the email about key collection either into inbox or on app until late on the night of arrival, which meant a short delay getting into the place. Mandy fixed this but after a long drive it was a bit annoying - maybe a direct text to occupants would be more reliable?

I was contacted by the owner just prior to arriving and given the necessary information to access the accommodation. The property was spotlessly clean. Just about everything you would need for a longer stay. Shower was hot and strong. Onsite laundry was welcome as we needed to do a catch up wash. Bedrooms were upstairs and beds were comfortable. Water views were exceptional.
The parking area was very tight for a medium SUV and the vehicle needed to be out for the passenger to get in and out

The electric blankets were a god send!! Kitchen nice and large. Heaters worked well. Comfy seating and beds. Great having a separate loo downstairs. Walking distance to town.
The single beds were a little short for adults. 2nd room was a little squeezy with cases.

Heating was an issue. We couldn’t get the split system to blow out warm/ hot air so bought a small heater down from upstairs. And it’s winter!!!! Otherwise a nice and tidy little place

location is very convenient, can see sunrise from the balcony. Decoration is nice. Overall is clean.
Light in car park area was broken. WiFi password in handwriting on the fridge and instruction paper is really hard to read... Hopefully it can't be changed to a print format. Sofa is really uncomfortable.

Nice apartment in a great location close to everything including beautiful Nun’s Beach practically across the road. We enjoyed great views of the sea and the port from the front windows. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-appointed and the owner was very helpful and accommodating and replied to our requests promptly.
Great beds and linen.
Bathroom & toilet doors don’t have locks.
Towels need replacing.

Perfect location, updated kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful view of the ocean and foreshore
parking is tight but the trick is to off load passengers before you pull into your parking bay

This older style two story town house was well equipped and nicely decorated. It is very close to town with plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants only a walk away.
Unfortunately, we didnt received the door code before our arrival, however, the owner responded promptly.
