Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I expected 4th of July weekend to be a busy one, but the facilities are not ample enough for the amount of people that were at Kingston during our stay. The pool complex was nice, but we had no poolside service yet were not allowed to bring our own coolers in. THe condo itself was great for what it was - very clean, enough space for us (4 adults, 3 toddlers). The kitchen could use some updated cooking utensils (I think Jesus used the can opener when he was a boy) but overall we were pleased. An ice maker in the building for beach coolers would be an appreciated amenity. I don't think we will return to Kingston Plantation, but it wasn't due to the condo.

Great pool and beach views, super clean, excellent location, great layout, and plenty of room for two families with kids. We greatly enjoyed all resort amenities including the water park and pool options. Kingston was super easy to work with and we will definitely rent this condo again. Enjoy our stay....great job Kingston!

Resort is beautiful and the pools were so great with the kids!

Negatives: the property manger/owner is not a good communicator. We arrived and have 7 people in the condo but only 5 bath towels. I asked for more and was never responded to. Also, they did not leave any Clorox wipes to be able to wipe down the kitchen counters. The blinds are broken in the second bedroom so no privacy to change/sun blinding you at sunrise. I messaged them about this as well with no response. Pull out mattress needs to be replaced. Positives: easy access to multiple pools, comfortable beds, nice balcony with plenty of seats, pretty view of the ocean. Kids pools were wonderful. You can order food and drinks to the chairs. Overall I would return to Kingston plantation but would expect this owner to be more responsive if I would consider this condo again.
