Perfect unit for four friends. Tons of space and a beautiful veranda to spend evenings. Only drawback is one parking space. Otherwise, walking distance to great restaurants and short drives to various venues.

The location is great, very easy to get to downtown and the interstate. The condo is high quality and the appliances are top of the line. It is starting to show wear and tear as VRBO’s do; however, that being said, the owner is great and quick to accommodate whatever you need and fix problems. A great view of downtown from the very large patio. Beds are comfortable, ample pillows, temperature was perfect. There are fans in most rooms if needed but I never even had to look at the thermostat, it was already the perfect temp and stayed there. We loved that there was ample soap, towels, shampoo, cooking essentials, etc provided for us. Many places give you no extra TP, no kleenex, no soap, etc, so this was a very nice change of pace and greatly appreciated. To know: There are a lot of codes to remember to access the various areas, so make sure everyone in your party has all of them written down. The building code refers to the front door of the units on the street. The door from the garage is not the same. We had to learn 4 different codes, so that was a little frustrating, but we did like the security. The garage is a very tight turn and there was evidence that many vehicles had not quite done it successfully. So if you drive an escalade or large truck or something, you may not be able to get into the garage. It’s kind of like an S and there just is no extra area to adjust, it’s only one lane in. Our minivan did it fine, though we were holding our breath.

We were here for our son’s wedding. The location was very close to the wedding venue. We very much enjoyed the location. It was very spacious and the balcony area was great. We would rent this location again.

The pictures are correct, it is very nice. Plenty of supplies for the stay, room very clean. Will book again for sure!

The manager was great to deal with but the property was not great. AC stopped working 48 hrs before we left . The house was 95 degrees. We had to sleep with the doors open and move beds to the kitchen.. The ice maker was not in working order. The master washer and dryer was just for looks I guess because it didn’t work. One of the bedroom fans was so loud you couldn’t use it. . Master faucets need to be replaced because they just spin . Outdoor are is not finished as the picture shows and the BBQ grill did t work. One of the bathroom sinks was not anchored down so it just moves all the time. I payed over 6k for this place and the owner would only reimburse one night. I am taking further action with the situation. Very disappointed as we had people over for my son’s birthday and I had to pay additional money to send them to a hotel.
