Good location for explore Istanbul, near public transport, but you can also walk 15 min to Aya Sofia, Blue mosque or Basilica cistern. Friendly and helpfull staf, special in the restaurant. And the view from the restaurant is amazing. I would come back and recomended this place for stay.

If you want to find something bad you will find it even in 5* hotel.

The hotel is generally comfortable and offers good value for money. The location is very convenient: it is quiet, but close enough to the main attractions and public transport. There is also a large shopping centre with a Migros supermarket within about a 20-minute walk. The breakfast was excellent, with a pleasant sea view from the restaurant. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was good, and the soundproofing between the rooms was surprisingly effective. The staff were friendly and polite without being intrusive. The spa area was also pleasant. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained; guests should note that a swimming cap is required, but one can be purchased at the spa reception.

At the beginning of our stay there were some communication problems regarding the airport transfer and payment confirmation, which caused unnecessary stress before and during check-in. However, after the stay the hotel contacted me, apologized and showed that they care about guests’ experience. The hotel is acceptable for a short stay, but the rooms need refreshing. I found cigarette butts on the outside windowsill, and our room had a city view although a sea view was listed.

The room I reserved was selected based on the information and photos provided during the online reservation process. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I did not receive the room I had booked. I was assigned a room with one queen bed and one single bed instead of the room I reserved, which was a high-floor room with sea view, city view, and two single beds. The assigned room was on the second floor, and the window faced a storage/garbage area. The room also had an unpleasant smell. In addition, the room key had issues opening the door. Although the night staff changed the key, I had to go up and down almost three times after checking in very late at night, which was not a convenient experience. Also, the room photos showed tea and cups as part of the room amenities, but these were not provided in my room.
