Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in an excellent location within walking distance of Lewes shops and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable. We had a couple of problems with appliances. The dishwasher was out of order so we had to wash all of our dishes. Most of the time, the dryer made a loud scraping noise when operating although occasionally it didn't. A repair man was called who agreed that both appliances needed repair, but this could not be done during our stay. The owner allows pets which was a necessity for us. Presuming the house has functional appliances, it is a nice place to stay while in Lewes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is ideally situated so you can walk to town which was perfect for us. The home is a good size. We brought our dog (for an extra fee) and she was very happy. There is plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Mattresses are not comfortable. Ceiling fans were great as well as the screened in porch. Smoke alarm went off several times. Management came to fix it almost immediately! We like working with Berkshire Hathaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 4 sisters and I have stayed at this house 3 years in a row. We love the screened in porch and the well appointed kitchen. The location is perfect for walking, shopping and dining. The only time we used our car was to go to Cape Henlopen. It is also close to the bike trails.

Fantastic location, I did not read the reviews properly and there were no sheets and towels provided, without paying for this service. You had to make beds, strip, beds and empty dishwasher, clean grill, which was dirty when we arrived, I felt like it was a lot of money for the effort. No shampoo or wine glasses, limited utensils and cooking supplies. Lots of Kleenex, limited toliet paper. There were three rolls of TP for 4 bedrooms. Not OK
