View is nice.

The lawn was overrun with weeds and had not been mowed, giving the property an unkempt appearance. The furniture (see photos), was dirty. We used sheets to cover the upholstery just to sit on it. The floor around the fireplace was extremely squeaky with every step (no way to go another way around it), making it unavoidable and quite bothersome. Additionally, the screen was broken on the deck door and the door itself poorly maintained. Overall, the place was generally unkempt and did not meet our expectations.

Beautiful view of the bay. Comfortable, cozy, quiet. Beautifully renovated. Lots of TV channel options, board games and books. Toiletries provided.

Bathroom is very small but meets the need :) couldn’t find an iron but not that big of a deal. Got a bit cold the first night and was hoping for more extra blankets.

Modern kitchen, cute chairs and couch. Fans available.

Too hot, Air conditioning would be better. Water view. Beach a drive away but not that great. One front-room rocking chair broken.

The location and the house was just perfect!

Very quiet and walking distance to the beach.

Pilot light to stove was out when we got there, took a couple of trys before we got it to go.

We booked for 9 days, had to buy our own tp, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. We also had to clean the back roof gutters.
