the smell of Marijuana smoke was horrible. usually it was lingering from when a person walked in after smoking outdoors. but on 2 occasions in the early evening, it was coming from a room. garbage can under sink was overflowing with previous guest refuse. I placed it in the hall after checkin at 3p. came back from dinner about 7:40- it was still there. I took it to area with ice machine and a garbage can- that can was almost full, I could not just dump their trash, I had to handle it. yuck. there was a paper coffee cup with large lipstick stains. I still get nauseated just remembering. my sister joined me in room on first night. after dinner we pulled out the pullout couch- no bedding! bare mattress. searched the room for bedding, pillows and duvet. nope.

cleaning chemicals were so strong we could barely breath. had to air out room for hours just to be able to sleep there. The facility was very noisy and made sleeping past 5am very difficult.

Rooms very clean staff are very nice and very helpful the manager is a lovely lady her name is Beverly she was very nice and sweet to talk to and very helpful she always has a smile on her face I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was very basic but clean. It had a new full refrigerator and kitchen that would be valuable if I were staying for a longer time. We just spent the night, using this as a base for going to a concert in Worcester. Beverly contacted me in advance with some check in details, which was very helpful! It turned out that we arrived early but were able to check in without any problem. I also needed to get some work done and appreciated having the little work rooms off of the lobby.

The property is showing its age. The window in our room has some water damage and might not have been great if it were a lot colder out. The room was basic but clean but I think it could get a bit of cabin fever if I stayed there too long.

Loved the room but coffee machine was not working.

We arrived from a long trip and they didn't have the room ready. We had to wait 40 minutes in the parking lot.

Staff was excellent. Chris, at the front desk, customer service was great. Close to major outlets and highways. Very clean and quiet.

It was convenient.

The room wasn't very well stocked : no extra toilet paper, no tissues, no utensils for cooking. The bolt on my room door did not align so was unusable.

They had a modern stove, microwave and refrigerator. They had the necessary tools and dishes for anyone who wants to prepare their own meals. The bed was comfortable and it was a great location. The shower was really great with wonderful pressure.

The main source of light came from 3 two foot high thin LED lights that were very uncomfortable because they were so bright. According to the staff member I spoke to that was a common problem. The room was rather small, but adequate for a short stay. I would not have rated this hotel as high as it was rated on Booking!
