We had a lovely week at Just Trippin. The house came equipped with everything you would need and the was larger than we anticipated from the photos. It's in a great location as well. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! We celebrated my parent's 65th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at Edisto. My brother has a house a couple blocks away and with a total of 16 family members attending we needed an additional house. Just Trippin' checked all the boxes for us - great location and proximity to the beach (and my brother's house), plenty of room for everyone including when we hosted all 16 of us for several dinners (+well-stocked kitchen), comfy living room furniture to veg out on and watch movies in the evenings, everything was very clean, nice outdoor shower that got a lot of use, many peaceful mornings sipping coffee in the rocking chairs on the deck ... would definitely rent again!

The house was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. A nice large pantry that was empty for us to store food. AC worked great and kept the house cool. The outside shower was a huge hit! Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room. They do not supply beach towels so bring your own. The grill is charcoal, I’d emailed Vacasa and was told it’s a community grill but it is not. Very close to the beach with a nice walkover, maybe a 2 min walk from the house. We will definitely rent this house again!

Just Trippin' was just perfect for our family of five. Each of the kids had their own bedroom with plenty of space. The kitchen is a good size and the den is large with plenty of seating. Great decor and a welcoming front porch. Just a quick walk across Palmetto to the beach. One of the best places we've ever stayed on Edisto!

I'm honestly afraid to say what I really think and cause them to raise the rent. We visit Edisto every year or so and have family with property there, but this year we thought we might like a place by the beach. Just Trippin' has an excellent location with easy access to the beach, Palmetto Blvd, and to the island's other attractions (Whaley's mainly.) The house is clearly loved by its owners and more than just an investment rental. You can hear the ocean from the porch, and nothing at all from inside the house. We would love just to trip there again.

We enjoyed a good weeks vacation at Just Trippin', in fact this was the second time we have rented this property. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The only negative issue is the refrigerator. The crew came out within an hour of our phone call to let them know it was not working properly. They did a great and knowledgable job of improving its performance. However, this appliance is sub-par. The food does not chill as as it should, and the doors do not close properly. We remember having this same issue two years ago. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. Also, the exterior of the house needs to be power-washed.

The house was great ! Location perfect.clean and comphy. A couple of things a very bad nail sticks out through the floor in dining room . Bad on feet , also the bedroom doors are squeaky. And the outdoor grill is a bummer should be replaced . But we loved it anyway

I have been renting this hour annually for 16 years now. My entire family comes to Edisto every summer in early July and we are spread out in 3 or 4 houses. But this is the house we all gather in for meals, for get-togethers or just relaxing at night. It's a very comfortable house.
