location is great

subpar quality for the price: shower faucet was broken, mat in the shower was torn, very minimal provisions compared to other rentals we’ve been in ( only pump hand soap no shower soap etc) visibly poor construction, walls & doors thin so you hear everything., carpets stained. Expected more for the price.

The condo was modern, well furnished/decorated and stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. We appreciated the wine bottle welcome gift. The location is really close to the White Mountain Athletic Club and a wonderful restaurant. It’s also close to the town Square and many activities and trails. Everything inside of the condo was in good working order and we had no problems during our stay. The Danbury is warm and welcoming with lovely extra touches. It’s easy to settle into, has multiple Roku TVs, a comfy couch and beds/bedding, and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The patio with a grill is a nice outdoor furnished space. Finding, parking and accessing the property was a snap. I recommend The Danbury as a great vacation rental for smaller groups anytime of the year!

Air conditioning would have been nice but was not a necessity during our stay. We initially had some difficulty connecting to the WiFi. Our phones couldn’t locate the network or find it manually. We worked it out though and everything was good.
