Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort

It was really at a good location. Everything was clean.

It was a little bit noisy. We woke up to our neighbors voice during the night. The toilets in the room were really small, it could be a problem for an overweight person. Apart from that everything was perfect. The location, cleanliness, staff…

Location Access to the beach Breakfast Staff

Pool too crowded we couldn’t relax at all specially that it is not big enough We had booked for a deluxe room but couldn’t access it because our daughter is 5 years old The bathrooms of the pool were too dirty We know it is a non smoking hotel but we were not allowed to smoke outdoors which is ridiculous and half the pool was smoking but only us got a complaint for smoking iqos

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the food was varied with plenty of different options. We particularly enjoyed the intimate Deluxe area with its separate pools. It was quiet, relaxing and a great place to unwind.

However, considering the price of the stay, we expected a higher standard of comfort and cleanliness. The mattress was extremely hard and we simply could not sleep comfortably on it. We had to ask for a mattress topper, which helped. There was also only cold water coming from the sink. When we turned the tap towards the hot water, no water came out at all. The room cleaning could have been much more thorough. Throughout our entire stay, there was a dirty tap in the bathroom that was not properly cleaned. There was also spilled coffee left on the table in the room.
