This is a beautiful cottage in the most rural peaceful location, the size of the house is amazing, the beds are comfy, we had everything we needed. The information in the folder regarding the history in the area and of the house itself was so interesting. The sheep are cute, the cats that live in the barn are adorable, and the farmer/owner and family are very helpful. We feel so refreshed and now back to east London for the carnage 😞

I loved every corner of this house and its garden/fields. I cannot find fault. It’s exactly what a farmhouse should be like.

Lovely remote farmhouse that catered well for our needs. Hosts was helpful and house was well equipped for us. Clean and not over cluttered. Beautiful remote location.

The environment location lonely four bedroom set up outdoor barbecue facility with staged back door with table and chairs facility with amazing Mountain View’s are unforgettable The place worth visiting repeatedly for peace and calm seekers also with children plenty of grassy area to play

stunning location, plenty of space for everyone. washing machine & dishwasher being available was a real bonus and the games room was enjoyed by the children. The welcome book was very informative and assisted us when looking for shops in the area aswel as walks.

the welcome basket had out of date products, the cupboards were full of previous guests left overs which clearly hadn’t been checked and there was sprouting garlic and potatoes. The internet barely worked, there was no privacy on the window in the lower bathroom as you can be seen from the garden area when using the toilet and shower. The welcome booked requested we clean (not a deep clean) the kitchen before we left yet when we arrived we cleaned the tiles, splash backs and cupboard doors table and chairs as they had clearly not been done after previous guests, the welcome book also stated there would be 4 hand towels, 2 bath sheets and 2 bath towels in each bathroom when we only had 1 hand towel in each bathroom (8guests for 5 days including children) and 6 towels various sizes but thankfully we brought some of our own otherwise we would not have had enough for everyone. some of our same problems had also been written in the visitors book by previous guests
