The room was absolutely great. 10/10
The fact that it’s an apartment. Not a good set up for holiday makers who do not want to be in the midst of corporate meetings. We were forced to sleep early because there is no bar facility closing later. Did a lot of Glovo orders as there is no service after 6pm. The elevator story did not add up. No elevator can be out for more than 24hrs. So we were not told the truth about it and had to use stairs.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the location's good.
The elevator wasn't working, so it was very awkward from where the rooms are to get out of the building unless you walked down from the third floor on the stairs. Also, I found the reception staff to be not rude but not nice. They were just very cold.

Everything was new
The elevators were out of order and the new access system was malfunctioning; as a result, we couldn't open the doors to the lobby and nearly missed our flight. The hotel staff were asleep at the time (3 a.m.).
