The hot tub has too many insects floating around for it to be enjoyable - there should be a cover when it's not being used.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is quiet and has a great atmosphere. It is close to the city center but at the same time you are not at the middle of the commotion. The staff is very attentive. Specially our assistant was Ednan and helped us a lot in all we need even advise for our stay, places to go, thing we needed, etc.. he made our stay very easy and also fun!

Propreté (si on ne regarde pas sous les lits), assez confortable, calme de l'environnement, vélos à disposition (mais aucun libre quand j'en ai eu besokn). Belle cuisine pour ceux que ça intéresse

L'annonce stipulait une chambre de 44m2 avec balcon, télévision, cuisine, etc. Mais rien de tout ça. On m'a proposé une chambre carrée de 16m2 avec salle de bains séparée. N'étant pas d'accord, on m'a montré le même type de chambre avec (belle) salle de bains privative. Le jeune gérant, dont le sourire condescendant était insupportable, ne s'est pas excusé. De plus, la chambre n'était pas prête à 17h ! Alors qu'ils connaissaient mon heure d'arrivée car ils m'avaient envoyé un taxi à l'aéroport. Attention, le prix demandé par l'hôtel pour ce transfert est le double de celui qu'on peut obtenir avec un taxi normal. Je n'ai reçu aucune proposition de dédommagement ni visite du staff durant mon séjour de 4 jours ! En conséquence de cause, j'ai décidé de ne pas régler le montant du taxi. Entre temps, ils ont rectifié leur annonce. Insonorisation déplorable (télévision et cuisine à proximité. Wifi très très aléatoire. J'ai dû réclamer du savon. La serviette pourrait être de meilleure qualité. Incompétence et manque de sérieux donc, dommage car il y a du potentiel.

I am happy I was staying at Elite Residence Dahab for my trip to Dahab. Its such a nice and comfortable place in a very good and quiet location close to the lighthouse area. The people there are so friendly and helpful, so i gladly extended my stay to stay a few nights more. I definetly recommend staying in this place for your trip in Dahab.
