We had a really good stay with this apartment, the kitchen and living room area are equiped with everything you need so it feels like your home! The staffs are very approachable,friendly and helpful with all our request and concerns, the premises are also very quite so we had a really good sleep, the apartment is huge and feels like it is more than enough for 12 people, the location is also convenient but still quite, away from noisy cars and pollution.

Its big, its very comfy, its clean.
Its not that I don’t like, maybe the bathroom because its only 1 bathroom and we’re 2 families so it took sometimes for everyone to take a bath.

Everything was excellent. This was our 2nd stay in this hotel and it always exceeded our expectation.

The property is clean and comfortable. There’s everything we need from cooking utensils, water dispenser the place is fully air conditioned. We are 11 people but the place is more than enough for all of us. The beds mattresses are excellent good quality. We Had a good night sleep.
The location is very close to the supermarket Savemore, fast food like jollibee, kfc, etc.. You can easily book a grab or go by commute from this location. There’s enough parking space too if u have ur own car.
The staff are very accommodating and respond to any enquiry promptly from the day I book up to the day we checked out. We are very happy with our stay. Thanks CEV mansions will highly recommend this place.

It is very spacious, excellent for a large group of people travelling. We only stayed overnight but it did not feel like a rash stay. We had a good rest. It is very close to shops like Save More, Jollibee, KFC, Mercury Drug Store, 7-Eleven. You can also cook for yourselves if you prefer to. We had two cars but the building has its own enclosed private parking so we had no issues. It is a residential area close to Manila's tourist spots like the Ocean Park and Intramuros. It is only a half-hour drive away from the airport.
It has only one bath/toilet so for a large group of people it can be a little inconvenient. Since it is a residential area, we were often asked to move our cars to allow the other cars to get out. But we did not mind these at all, one just have to be patient and for the price, we could not complain. We would definitely go back or recommend it to friends or family members.

it’s a good place to stay for a few days for a family with children.
The hallway going to the bedroom are quite dirty & the works going on beside the mansion was too noisy that it wakes up the entire family around 7-8am.

The place is very spacious with complete utensils and equipment. The rooms are very cozy too. Perfect place if you have 12 people to gather. The place is also accessible to supermarkets and transportation. We will definitely go here again

24 hrs security, good location, very helpful staff and accommodating. We had to extend another day for some unfinished business and they approved with just a few coordination with their boss. They were even willing to accommodate us for few hours without asking for additional payment however we then decided to extend for another day.. thank you ate Myra and all other staff..

Everything was great. Staffs were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The place was so clean, and the bed sheets smelled very good.
They had almost all that you needed (except for the broom and dust pan). Utensils, dishes, condiments, estove, eKettle, rice cooker, dental & bathroom kit, and many more.

I book this place for my sister and friends taking board exam in San Beda. Perfect location, about 10-15mins walk to the Uni. According to them, it’s clean, comfortable and they felt safe. I would book this place again if needed to be in the area for exam. No fuss check in encounter. Highly recommended for people need to be closer in area of board examination. If it’s group booking, it comes cheap. But can be expensive if only for 1 person. can accommodate 6, but my sisters group were only 4 amazing ladies. 👍
