The staff was friendly and they accomodated all our wishes, they provided an english speaking guide during our stay, they recommended great places to visit and we made great memories; The food in general and especially the dinner was really delicious.
The sofas in the room were a bit dusty, but the overall room, sheets and towels were clean.

I stayed two nights in Arish. The room was very nice and lavishly decorated (based on American standards). It’s a residential neighborhood so relatively quiet. Muhammad ismail is the manager of the hotel. He is so nice to work with. I got a room with large patio. The kitchen was super clean and I ate dinner there too.
Relative simple breakfast

Great facility, large rooms and excellent service. Liked the fact that there was a breakfast table to have a proper breakfast. Every other place we stayed had coffee tables, which are not convenient. Breakfast was decent and staff was very cooperative.
Location and neighborhood is not the best. It is located in narrow lanes. There is nothing to see if you want to go for a walk. There are no restaurants or shops nearby. The wifi only worked in the room where the router is located. Did not work in the other room.

It was clean
The room telephone didn't work
The air conditioning didn't work
The ceiling fan was very noisy at low revolution.
The location was positioned in a rural location in a winding back ally location. Too far from the local shops.
