Excellent location. Great balcony for lounging and viewing the beach. Very spacious condo. Liked the layout. Has potential to be exceptional if they fix a few things.

Facilities were dated. Excessive amount of outdated decorating that got in the way. Broken pantry door, dishwasher broken, didn’t clean dishes and very loud. Primary bedroom tv could only access 1 channel. Broken chair arm at dining table. No broom so we had to buy our own.

The location was easily accessible, yet very secure. It was clean and well maintained. The unit was very spacious and nicely appointed. The ocean view was terrific.

The unit did not provide blankets, beach towels, extra pillows. We didn't not enjoy the texture of the sand, it was too soft and not walkable.

Perfect location right on beach. Pool is also right there at beach. Several shops and restaurants and also grocery store nearby (not walking distance)

Nothing to not like!

The location and view was amazing. The beach was clean and NOT crowded. It's a hidden jewel. Unfortunately the dryer would not get hot even after cleaning out all the lint in the lint tray and it took an extra day for them to bring up my 2nd parking pass. I would suggest they leave an additional trash bag aside from the one in the garbage can as we had to resort to using supermarket bags. We would recommend staying here.

Dryer wouldn't get hot which resorted to us hanging out clothes on the balcony area. Needed an extra trash bag and the wait time to get the 2nd parking pass.

Beds were a bit firm

It was a very secure and quiet location. The room and facilities were clean and attractive. Our surroundings were always quiet, giving it a very private feel. The condo had spacious rooms, stocked kitchen, sectional couch and large dining table, large balcony with comfortable furniture and great views from it and the master bath/bedroom. Having TVs in each room was nice. The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely added bonuses as the weather was not great for time on the beach or even the outdoor pool.

We could have used more dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry soap and trash bags…we did a lot of cooking and ran out of each on the third day. The toilet in the hall bath was broken and we had to flush by taking the back lid off but we never reported it either because we kept forgetting. I would look into updating the decor by removing the metal decorations, but it wasn’t terrible. My husband and I had the King bed in the master bedroom and had some trouble sleeping through the night. Our backs were rather sore from the firm mattress. A foam or pillow topper would probably have remedied that issue. But None of these were huge “deal breakers” for us- just some suggestions. We own a business as well and always appreciate knowing what others think. I would still recommend others to stay here.

Property owner was very responsive to any and every question we had .

Everything was as it should be but we just did not understand how to fully get the key from the code box And needed to put #in front of the number for the gate , Elevator buttons did not light up when pushed so had some issues getting getting it to move up to our floor . However once it was all figured out , we had no issues. I would not let that stop anyone from renting.

Lots of room, great view, big balcony with nice patio furniture

Zero items to season food, no foil or baggies.
